I had booked at appointment with leasing office well in advance for tour of the apartment today for 2:30. Had an absolutely horrible experience, kept waiting outside the doors for 15-20mins in cold trying to call the leasing office on call box as well as phone but nobody answered or helped even with opening the door. Managed to enter the premises but the office had nobody, just a board stating somebody will be back by 2pm. I waited there for 30mins till 3pm with nobody showing up. Very disappointing experience just in start for touring the property this makes me think how bad the management would be. No response, they had confirmed the appointment but there was no one and they kept future tenants out waiting. On streets.

Stayed here for 5 years and have seen the quality of maintenance and management response gone down over years. Overall a good community to stay as long as you don’t run into issues
The experience has been pretty good overall, this place is mostly quiet and clean, I don't have much complaint besides the milpitas trash smell.

Very swift a breeze and great staff is a huge plus It's beautiful home and I love the fact that it has a gated community feel for it. I plan to stay a while
The location is perfect, just a short walk from public transportation. The building itself is well-maintained and modern, with great amenities like a fitness center, pool, and rooftop deck with stunning views.

I like the amenities but there is no shops around here including starbucks... and without cars, it is not ideal to live here. But overall good house :)

I have resided in Capitol 650 for over three years and have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the community. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the apartment's yearly maintenance. Currently, we lack the necessary equipment, such as large ladders, to properly clean and maintain certain areas, particularly the corners and high spaces. I feel that with the support and collaboration of the community, we could address these maintenance issues more effectively.

Part of the Capitol 650 community from more than 4.5 years now. Enjoyed the stay until last year, but from then I see the quality of maintenance service has decreased a lot. Every service request takes at least a week or more. Elevator repairs takes months and is another story

More and more people smoke in this building and people didn't clean their dog poop. They just poop on the hall way. And the gym needs some deep clean, so is the pool. The elevator was off functioning for sooo long

I've been living in this apartment complex for two years now, and the location is still fantastic. It's in close proximity to all my favorite shops and restaurants. However, I do have to mention that the rent has gone up significantly since I first signed my lease. It's a bit frustrating because I don't see any noticeable improvements in the building or amenities that would justify such a steep price increase. Nonetheless, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, which is a plus. Overall, I'm still happy with my decision to move here, though I do wish they wouldn't raise the rent so often.

One of the best apartments I have lived so far in south Bay. Lively and active community which hosts at least 2 community events every month. All amenities are very nice and well taken care of. Only Con is guest parking. Would have loved more guest parking space as its always full.

All the amenities are good. Apartments are very secured and well maintained. The only flip side is the parks for kids is too small. also, less visitor parking space

Been a month since i moved in and loved everything about the apt. Jayla from the leasing office is especially very helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. We had an inter-state move and she was very helpful in sending timely videos of the apt and answer any queries we had.

The engagement with staff is pretty good. Jayla is amazing. She has been able to address most of my concerns on a timely manner. She is able to demonstrate professionalism and I appreciation the customer service.

As someone who has lived in the community for the past three years, I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. They offer a comfortable and convenient living space, with a range of amenities that make life here truly enjoyable.Another highlight of this community is its location. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, it is just a short drive away from shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. Decent place to live at. Amenities are good but security needs to be improved. My car was broken into even though they are a secured gated community as they claim. Mail room was broken into and my packages were stolen.

Leasing is really nice, and maintenance team works efficiently. Community is always clean. Also it is located in a very convenient location. Really like living here.

Very Nice management team, each of them are very friendly. Nice neighbors, every month have activities in our community. Clean team is always doing a great job.

Your complex is truly exceptional - from the stylish decor to the top-notch amenities, everything is top of the line. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is unbeatable. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable living experience.

I had a great experience living in this apartment. The management team was responsive and helpful, and the maintenance crew kept everything in top condition. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The only downside was occasional noise from neighbors, but overall I highly recommend this place

I love living at capitol 650 , its been two years and we again renewed our lease for this year. The spacious rooms and the neighbourhood, community , I love everything about this apartment.

I have been in Capitol 650 for more than 2.5 years. It’s been my perfect apartment there were times when I thought of moving to a different place but there were no apartments that gave me this amount of comfort. Amenities are great, service is excellent people around are really sweet.

Just moved in to capitol 650. Has been a great experience so far! Fantastic Staff! Great ambience, facilities, location. Definitely recommended for stay :)
Nice place to live. Have EV charging in the garage. Self study room and the coffee machine helps me too Like the monthly activity as well!
units facing the street are noisy at nights. apartments facing the pool and courtyard have very bad cell phone receptions & needs wifi calling. Staff are great. Maintenance are usually quicker to respond. I wish they could solve some issues with a permanent fix. vent fan has had issues and wasn't resolved. Great community with great amenities/facilities including mailboxes. Storage rooms are available. Have noticed 1 mailbox & storage room break-ins.

Great location, amenities and staff! Common areas are always well presented, maintenance has always been responsive and quiet/safe community.
This is a great place to live at and we have been very happen the whole time living here. Easy access to the BART station is great really. I do reccomend this place.
It was very quiet, the office staff was very patient with my problem, and the maintenance staff was very fast. Corridor is very quiet and bright
I feel so good so far. Very good community and very good people. I especially like the pool, we can use it during winter. It is so nice. I will recommend it to my friends.
This is a good community. Great place to commute and live. Bart and vta are the best options we have from Capitol 650 apartments. Kids part is good
Love it! Everyone is so sweet and helpful. Super clean property and awesome amenities. Excited to check out the community events and explore the area.
