We moved into Capital Collective in July, and have had nothing but a wonderful experience since. The location cannot be beat, and everybody who works and lives here is wonderful. Shoutout to Chanel and Alex for always being prompt and helpful with any questions we have. Love Capital Collective!

We love Capital Collective. It’s dog friendly, the amenities are great, we love the monthly social events, and Alex, Mya, and Chanel are the best. On top of all of those reasons to love living here, Bill and Mike are great with community upkeep and the friendliest faces every time we see them.

I just moved in an by far the best apartment I have lived in. Staff is super friendly and the people that live here too! It is super clean with a great gym.

I really like how nice the building looks and I am SUPER grateful for the fact that we have free coffee and espresso available to us! I also am so grateful to have a pool table! :)

Great staff and facilities. Everything is very well kept from the gym to garage, very confidence inspiring! Location is awesome, too. In the middle of everything while still feeling like home.

I have loved living at Capital Collective the past year and change! As someone who has lived in Savannah for 17 years, I can truly say the location is unbeatable – a quiet neighborhood feel with all of downtown in walking distance! The staff at CC is also amazing; from beginning of your inquiries to everyday living, maintenance and more, they really get to know each resident and build a special relationship. The resident events are fun and a great way to get to know neighbors and make friends! The units themselves are very spacious with brand new appliances and modern fixtures. There is tons of storage in each floor plan, which is something I have always struggled with in other rentals. Lovely-looking black wood floors, soft carpets in the bedrooms and very nice granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom(s). If you are looking for apartments in downtown Savannah, I would highly recommend booking a tour and considering Capital Collective as your next home!

It is an excellent place to live thats updated and modern. It is also in a really really good location. There are plenty of restaurants, parks and other fun things to do within walking distance

Capital Collective has been such a wonderful community to live in and truly become a part of this past year! The leasing and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful and really make an effort to know each resident personally. They hold different monthly resident events which are not only fun, but a great way to meet neighbors and make friends! Capital Collective is super pet friendly, too. Being a new complex (less than a year old still), everything is pristine and the community areas are really wonderful. Amenities are continuing to grow as the community does, which is very exciting! And lastly, the location is unbeatable – in the heart of downtown, practically everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is wonderful, too; it is a more residential area, so you're not bombarded with tourists, while still having plenty of neighborhood restaurants and activities all around! It has also felt very safe at night. Join the CC community today!!

The management team are wonderful and incredibly inviting. I’ve very much appreciated all of the community get togethers that they plan. It really is a community, not just a place to live.

I’ve lived here nine months since the building opened and it’s been a wonderful experience. The area is safe and the neighbors are all so friendly and some have become friends and we hang out at the grill, in the clubhouse and the leasing office for work. Neighbors are all really quiet and the building is easily the best community I’ve lived in.

I walked in to see the apartments and was greeted warmly and shown everything I wanted to see. Alex was kind and answered all of my questions, and showed me all of the units I wanted. Out of all the places I toured, this one of two that took the time to follow up after my visit. Although I will not be relocating to Savannah for my work, strongly recommend you check them out!

I have found Capital Collective a wonderful place to rent. The units and common places are clean, well decorated and comfortable. The location is unbeatable with close proximity to the shopping on Broughton street, multiple squares, Forsyth Park, dining and shopping options. Very happy with my selection.

Capital Collective is really in the perfect place. If you don't have a car, Broughton street is a block away. Too late for many things to be open? you can run down to screaming mimi’s pizza for an amazing pizza. Need a quick workout? The gym above the clubhouse provides plenty of equipment to get those carbs burned. Just want to hang out? The building provides multiple sitting areas in the clubhouse with a pool table and a coffee machine while just outside the doors there are barbeque grills and a fireplace to sit around.
