Stay away!!!

Avoid at all costs. Random charges and fees while moving in and out along with a lack of trash building and just upkeep in general. Place is never quiet as music is blared at almost all times and management does nothing

Horrible parking lots, pot holes. Multiple abandoned vehicles taking up parking spots When lots are full cars park in the middle of the lot instead of simply parking in a spot that happens to be further from their front door. Residents lingering in the parking drinking in the most random places as opposed to their patios or balconies.

We have enjoyed being here thus far. My only complaint is the single trash can servicing the entire apartment community. We have seen people dumping trash on the side of the parking lot and it's causing a lot of litter to blow around.

It’s pretty quiet living here and neighbors are usually nice and friendly. The maintenance team provides service fast and staff always pick up phone calls and reply to my emails which is definitely appreciated. The only thing I don’t like is that we don’t have dumpster. It was taken away a few months ago and everybody has to take the trash to one dumpster now which gets full quickly.

Trash every where outside and pests are likely to come with warmer weather. Complex does not fix these issues as well as general maintenance for life threatening things. Stay clear not any better with new owners.

The office and maintenance staff are nothing but nice and generally very prompt with solving any potential issue we may have. We love the local team here! The issues are things I believe to be out of their abilities to handle. Except maybe the dog poop problem, but that is also on my fellow residents to take care of on their own. A few months ago the corporate office decided we only needed a single trash compactor for the entire complex - this has led to the dumpster overflowing (despite maintenance and office staff constantly compacting it), it looks gross and trash gets all over the complex. If you live in a building far away you can either hike or drive your trash to the dumpster. The carpets in the hallways got ripped out and there is just torn up concrete now. Laundry rooms are a wreck, and barely work half the time. There is always a pile of dog poop. Watch where you walk, it is not safe. People in the neighborhood are generally friendly, but tend to keep to themselves!

We’ve lived here for a little over two years now, and it’s been a fairly quiet and peaceful place to live. Management is very helpful and approachable. Easy to get a hold of when needed. This may not be a forever home for some, but it’s a great place to kick back and relax for awhile.

Everyone in the front office and maintenance is fantastic. However. The decision to scrap not 1, but 2 rollaway dumpsters was not smart. I get that there is profit involved but now you have an eyesore to deal with. That and an overflow of trash in apartments. Personally I have went to throw trash out and couldn't due to to massive amount already there. Yet we are threatened with fines if trash is left on our decks. You made this problem but want to penalize your residents for your decision? An extra dumpster eats into your profit by that much? What about future residents driving by that trash heap.....pretty sure that hits your bottom line more than 1 extra dumpster. Your call for now.

I loved it here. It has a nice green area, houses are neat and organised. Maintenance always came and fixed problems when requested. The apartment is near a lot of fun places.

I wish this place was in better shape. Everything was coated in sticky white paint and dirty when I moved in. Improvements and fixes always take a long time if they happen at all.

It's good here. Everyone is nice. There have been issues with communication and noiseyness in the complex. But that's probably anywhere. So far it's been great living here.

Its mid not bad but not great. the gate never works and the pool was green the majority of the summer. needs a basketball court or something to that nature that would make it a much better place to live

Staff always resolve your issue promptly and proactively. Have lots of parking space. And there is lot of nearby stores. It is directly connected to interstate highway 70 and at peaceful location

Wonderful leasing staff, they put together welcome home baskets for both my cat and dog as well as some essentials for moving in.. toilet paper, trash bag, etc. beautiful old buildings that make it feel homey without being outdated.

I moved into this apartment on July 3rd, 2024 and I’ve had a pretty good experience living at Capital at St. Charles. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive, making me feel right at home. The apartment itself had a couple of problems when I moved in but the maintenance guy came to fix some of the issues the day I put in a ticket. The complex is conveniently located near Walmart and some restaurants, which has made my daily life easier. The price is quite high and although the management and location both are good, I would recommend you to check out other apartments and compare. I should’ve looked for cheaper apartments but it’s too late. I’m not too upset about it because of the experience I’ve had here so far. Overall, Capital at St. Charles has more pros than cons. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live with exceptional service.

the people in the office are great always so helpful and the maintenance here are exceptional they fix the things right away. its very peaceful here and the neighbors are respectful. The trees are all so beautiful and love the way they love our pets and always have a treat for them when you go to the office. I gave it 5 stars.

Residents aren't too friendly. Staff is helpful and friendly. As far as the apartment. It's good for a temporary situation but not ideal for a longer stay. Laundry room is 9 to 1 and there's only light fixtures for bathroom and kitchen. Definitely take the time to look over anything in the apartment and test everything before completing the checklist in the lease.
