Gorgeous grounds, lovely neighbors and efficient staff. All of this in Temecula and situated with many amenities to enjoy. Perfect!

Cape May at Harveston is a beautiful community. Great location and close to shopping. Just moved in and the staff have been very helpful, pleasant, and tremendous to work with.
Cape May is a nice quiet complex with nice amenities and dog friendly.
The leasing office staff is friendly and efficient. The maintenance crew is excellent. The landscaping and common areas are maintained. The surroundings are beautiful.
The move in date was met as established in the lease agreement, including prompt signing of all leasing documentation. The staff at Cape May were exceptional, very courteous and helpful at every step. All questions and concerns under there control were addressed in a timely manner.
The staff is always ready to meet your needs. The grounds are well cared for. Its a beautiful place!
Cape May Apartments is a very relaxing and clean environment. The amenities are fantastic having the lake across the street is very tranquil and soothing. It’s a great place to live and in a very good area close to markets pharmacies and good restaurants.

When I moved in my apartment was beautiful and very put together. There was a few hiccups with appliances that were readily fixed and fixed in a timely manner. Overall, it’s been a pleasure.
I just moved in to Cape May at Harveston in December. So far, I love it. I love the area and tranquility. The lake is a wonderful place to walk and very beautiful. The complex feels safe which is especially important being a single older woman. After living in a townhome for 30 years and having to transition to an apartment, I feel I found the perfect place!
First class maintenance team, quiet apartments, lot of amenities right near by (the lake, park, good walks), easy access to shopping!
Cape May at Harveston is a wonderful place to live. It is a very safe and positive environment. It is a good place to walk and enjoy the outdoors. The grounds are kept clean and attractive. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Cute and quiet, I feel safe living here as a single woman. I toured many apartments in Temecula/Murrieta before choosing this complex, it is slightly over priced for what you get regarding quality of maintenance and appliances, but none the less I stand by my choice.
Cap May staff is always so helpful and friendly. They really make you feel like they are there just to make your experience feel like a home (with a lot of helpers:)!

No activities planned for residents any longer ,not as friendly of an environment in the office like in the past .
Do not rent here. They will lie and deceive you. They will also say how many people want to live there and basically tell you that you don’t matter.

Cape May is a very pleasant place to live; everyone is nice and understanding. It is a nice and safe area; I have had no safety issues while living here. The maintenance team is excellent at keeping things fixed. I also enjoy all the amenities including the lake. Overall, The community is a great place to live.
Cape May at Harveston is a great community to live in, as well as to raise kids. Everything you need is local, and the freeway is only minutes away. My experience thus far has been wonderful at Cape May, with no issues to speak of. Even the maintenance team is amazing, with prompt response to anything that goes wrong emergency related. I have enjoyed this community and my time thus far at Cape May at Harveston.

Great experience moving in! Friendly staff and community. Beautifully maintained landscape and lake.
The area is well kept somewhat. The place when we moved in was clean somewhat. I having problems with bugs i.e. spiders and mosquitoes.
Cape May at Harveston has made it easy for me to feel at home. From touring to the transition of moving in was smooth . I appreciated all the help I received in making sure the apartment was a fit for me.

I am very happy living at Cape May. I feel safe living here as the outdoor lighting is always on in each hallway nightly. I love entering my unit because there are no long hallways to navigate. The maintenance staff responds quickly to the request made for repair. the patios are great, love the high ceilings & moldings.

Cape May staff and Maintenance team are simply amazing to keep it short. I had a few questions in office and the team member graciously obliged. I had a few work orders and the maintenance team member has come the very next day to inform me that work order had been received and proceeded to investigate issue to see what tools or equipment was needed for completion. Very informative that my order would be complete in the next day or so. And it surely was! Thank you very much!!!

I love it here. The pool and walking around the lake are my favorite things to do. Oh and getting ice cream at our cute little store!
