The staff at Canyon Woods is a rare find these days. Everyone is caring and responsive. It is a beautiful community to live within.

Absolutely love this place. The leasing team has been super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I've had. The move in process was very easy and smooth too. I couldn't be happier!

I have lived at Canyon Woods apartments for almost a year. It is centrally located which makes it a convenient place to live. The first floor patio is a terrific size. The 1 bedroom apartment is a good layout and size. I have enjoyed living here.

BEWARE!!! Monthly rent increased by nearly $500 in 3 years! That is an increment of nearly $5,500 - $6,000 per year! Additionally, the utility charge was a flat $95 until last year. This year, during lease renewal, they added a term called "a more fair and equitable method of calculating utility charge." Who would think that this means they are going to increase the utility charge by 120%? According to them, a "more fair and equitable method of calculating utility charge" means increasing it from $95 to $210. So, I strongly recommend: BEWARE before you move in here. I'm paying for my laziness.

I have lived at Canyon Woods for about 20 months and I could not have possibly enjoyed my time here more. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The manager and leasing agent I worked with went out of their way to be courteous and pleasant. The apartments are absolutely wonderful, with all of the modern amenities you would want. They are pet friendly and even the neighbors are respectful and quiet. I can honestly say I have not had a single problem living here and if I was not moving out of state for family reasons, I would probably never leave! I happened to be in a bit of spot when I moved in so I had to lease sight unseen. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made! If you are considering this community as a home, I could not give you a bigger recommendation to go ahead and move it!

Canyon Woods is a beautiful place to live. Location is perfect for walking, scenery is beautiful, and any maintenance issues get resolved quickly!

Well the overall experience is pretty good, it was easy to move in, and the place is paceful, ameneties and services are functional and available. It's a nice place to stay and make a life.

Canyon Woods is a hidden jewel tucked away from the main road. The gated community is accessed by driving up a lengthy tree and rosebush-lined drive that could pass for the entrance to a luxury mansion. Being this far removed from the road eliminates any street or traffic noise. Friends who visit can't get over how peaceful and quiet it is. The grounds are well landscaped. The blossoming cherry trees are particularly beautiful. In the main courtyard there is a tranquil water feature that looks like a running creek connecting two ponds via 2 small waterfalls. 2 bridges provide seating for relaxing and watching the flowing water. There are no houses or buildings in sight from the complex, just a view of the adjacent golf greens and the rolling hills. The apartments are well designed and appointed. I have found the neighbors to be friendly and helpful. It is a pet friendly community and is a safe place to walk dogs. The location can't be beat. The street at the entrance to the community is beautifully landscaped, so the sidewalks are a pleasure for a nice walk. Within walking distance is the Market Place, which has many restaurants, a Trader Joes, CVS and other convenient services. There is a nearby gas station as well as a hotel for out of town guests. Great location, nice comfortable place to live.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet living, Canyon Woods is the place for you! I very rarely hear noise from my neighbors and the golf course view is fantastic.

Large beautiful apartments and patios along with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The only thing that I would change is moving here sooner.

Canyon Woods is great place to live. Families with children as well as singles can find comfort living in well-maintained, gated community that offers so many great amenities. Those include but are not limited to: two swimming pools, sauna, two gyms, nice grounds along the golf course, events organized by management etc. Units are spacious and have good floor plans. If one works at Bishop Ranch, it is a walking distance away. We have been living here over 5 years and love it. The rent is surely on the higher side which is probably the only thing I could complain about.

Wonderful location within walking distance to many shops. Beautiful well maintained ground which are right on a golf course surrounded by nature. The apartments are well maintained and very quiet. A very nice place to live

Good location. Lovely nonsmoking community. Generally clean territory. But often overflowing and smelling garbage containers. High audibility. You will know everything about your neighbors: when they are doing laundry, using dishwasher, taking a shower and even sneezing. I think, it's a bit pricey for what you getting.

Love that community covers a large parcel of land, great for getting in a few miles jogging or walk before going or after work. Feel comfortable here, like the landscape, seems more peaceful than other places and I do recommend living here to family and friends. The carport parking is a bonus as I’ve lived with none in the past. Now I can say the maintenance and manager are very sweet. All the stores are really close by and I’ve recently enjoyed the local fair and tonight the A’s game. Thank you, Running water ??

Nice, quiet and secluded community just in the heart of San Ramon. You cant miss to visit

Stay Away. First of all, this is a very expensive apartment for what you are getting. The apartments are very crowded. Too many people live in very small area. It's very noisy. The lower levels are out of question, they are horrible. I was in unit 173, and this unit is very uncomfortable, very noisy and the neighbor upstairs goes to work at 5 am and is very loud. you walk in the unit and you see a beautiful view and you think this is it. But be aware of the very loud neighbors. You hear everyone's laundry machine and everyone's Sneezes and coughs. The property management is very unhelpful and borderline rude. They did not help me with the any of the problems. Plus there is no microwave in the unit and No you can't have one in there. You have to put it in the Pantry. And forget about having the TV on and blow dry your hair because the entire apartment will lose power. And they charge you very few dollars for replacing the lamps and no you can't pay it cash. You have to write a check for $2.35 cents. LOL. I learned my lesson. Never again. God knows when I can get my rest of the rent and the deductible back but I don't want anyone to end up in that apartment. Mario, the maintenance guy is very friendly and helpful however. The only one start is for him.
