Everyone who works in maintenance is very nice and very prompt. Everyone in the office is incredibly helpful. Every time I've accidentally left my keys out. They're super friendly towards my dog as well! Super welcoming environment in the office. And I really appreciate the food carts. Having a community barbecue is also lovely.

So far, so good at Canyon Park! After losing half of our belongings due to robbery on the morning of our move-in, Sherice was more than kind and the welcome basket waiting for us in our apartment gave us so much comfort. I recently moved in and love the sense of community here! Many of the residents are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are affordable and spacious, and are fairly quiet — I haven’t really heard anything from surrounding neighbors. Love the amenities — can’t beat an indoor pool!

It's a nice place if you have dogs or little kids, as there are well-maintained dog areas and a small playground. Be sure to make a huge amount of money, have inheritance or government money, or 15 roommates, as rents are at the very tip-top for the area. And the "year-round" pool and enclosure are heated perfectly for polar plunges!

I enjoy my apt at Canyon Park Apartments. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was needing an apt asap and since I lived here previously I looked up the website and I noticed that they had updated a lot. I was sold when I walked into the apt. Sienna was seriously the leasing agent I needed, she was excited to show me the upgrades and also suggested that my dining room could be a home office. I definitely took the suggestion. Very happy with my decision.

It was a really smooth transition, the application process easy to navigate and the staff were friendly and helpful. I love the layout of my unit and the in unit washer and drawers are amazing.

Canyon Park is a wonderful residential community. Their management and staff are friendly, responsive, and highly professional. Not only are the apartments themselves of great quality and price, but so are the amenities and accessibility overall. Last but not least, there's plenty of lawn, trees, and landscaping to make living here feel even more comfortable. I highly recommend them.

The Canyon Park apartments complex is clean and quiet for the most part. There are nice amenities with the fitness gym and pool, and ample space in the club house.

Moving out from my parents home wasnt as easy as I wouldve thought but Im glad I found a community that made the move pretty easy. Staff has been attentive and responsive so far. Overall its been a great experience!
Apartments are okay, staff is decent but the ants and increased rates are what will make us choose a different apartment next year.
Loving our new place here at Canyon Park! Wake up to a view of fat squirrels sitting in beautiful trees. I can wash my comforter in the full sized washer in my unit. The ability to do big loads daily? Priceless! Teens cant wait to get in the indoor pool. I cant wait to use the ballet barre in the workout room! After my divorce its nice to finally find a place that feels more like home.
Canyon Park is a great place for retirees downsizing from a house. Plus, it's nice to see and hear kids.

An older complex for those not so interested in showing off their rentals. The great benefit is the overall size for the price and its location. It is generally quiet and most people keep to themselves.
