About Canyon Hills
Canyon Hills is a serene, beautiful complex nestled on the east slopes of the Franklin Mountains. Our complex offers 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes, as well as 3 laundry facilities and a beautiful blue pool for summer use. At this time, a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhome and a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome are available for lease. We also have a 1 bedroom 1 bath coming up in mid-August. The application fee is $40 per adult and deposits range from $350-$600. We do not take section 8. You need to make 2-3 times the rent, not be in bankruptcy, owe any other complexes rent, or been evicted. You also can not have a felony or have violence or theft on your record. Very clean, the mgr is always helpful, we stayed in 2020-2021. We rented the 1bd 1 bath suuuperrr spacious!!!! Never had an issue!
Leased for three years when we became independent. Our first apartment and we had a good experience there. Through out the years there was details with the apartment but maintenance quickly addressed the problem. Through the pandemic management expressed their flexibility. No pest problem at all. Pool is well maintained and enjoyable. Minor thing is reserved parking but can easily buy a spot for a small fee
When me and my hubby first moved here. We stayed here! It’s a nice place. Very roomy and lots of closet space. We enjoyed our time there. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Close to everything especially since my hubby worked on base. Had a great time staying at these apartments.

Canyon Hills Apartments located at the foothills of the mountains is one of the best apartment communities in northeast EL Paso.
QUIET AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD. NICE AREA NEAR MOUNTAINS. AFFORDABLE. SOME OUTDATED APPLIANCES. I'VE LIVED IN OTHER APARTMENTS AND DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. HERE, I LIKE IT VERY MUCH.
