I have lived at Canton Woods for 3.5 month now and absolutely loved ! Beautiful clean apartments buildings. Great Management and Upbeat maintenance team! Safest neighbourhood .

The place is beautiful, managers in the office are super nice helping tenants out. The neighbors are very friendly very quiet place to live.

Living in a community with a great resident experience is incredibly fulfilling. The sense of belonging and connection with neighbors makes everyday life enjoyable. Access to essential services, engaging activities, and a safe, welcoming environment enhances the overall quality of life. Feeling supported and valued by the community creates a vibrant and thriving atmosphere where everyone can truly feel at home.

We still enjoy living here! The dig waste is still an issue, though. We have also noticed that people tend to leave their garbage bags in the hallways, etc, and it can smell.

It can be quite noisy here at times with loud music duing off hours and loud tv's. The staff is nice and the maintenance is great. The amenities are great and the common areas are always clean and nicely kept. Neighbors are polite and cordial.

Everything is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. My dog also loves the place. People are nice and polite. Great place to live! Definitely recommend!

Moving was easy and got all the information needed. So far all is good. Apartment was very clean and all appliances seem to be working. Parking is not that easy but I will give a little time. Glad I can not hear much noise from my neighbors.

Aside from the harassment from neighbors, noisy kids running down the halls, and the stench in the elevator, I really love my apartment complex.

I highly recommend Canton Woods for its comfortable living spaces, excellent amenities, strong community, and responsive management. Amenities include a gym, pool, BBQ areas. Parking is available with both covered and uncovered options.

Feeling very warm and welcomed! Everyone was so helpful even when we moved in, it was a great way to start our experience here. Looking forward to the time moving forward!

Moving here was the best decision I ever made I was on the waitlist for 5yrs the staff really care about us and the maintenance is 24/7 amazing place to raise our family

So far so good things have been great. The leasing office has been extremely helpful. The residence in the area seen wonderful. I have a overall great feeling about this property in this area overall, I’m looking forward to being here for years to come celebrating special moments and holidays and having the memories to last.

Very loud disruptive music. And overwhelming marijuana odor. I believe this brings down the rating and respect of the community. Friendly people however, and safe.

Everyone here has been very pleasant and helpful! The apartment is much more spacious than it looks, and we’ve always been helped when we need it!

Canton Woods is a nice, quiet place to live. Its conveniently located with lots of parking. The buildings are clean. The bedrooms are a little small and the doors are oddly placed but i guess that gives it a bit of character. I give it 4 stars because the rent is a little bit overpriced for the size of the apartments.

I been here a couple of years. I love my building and my apartment they keep my building nice and clean the people in my building are friendly and respectful we all greet each other in the elevator . Maintenance right away fix any problem in my apartment. Love that. On the outside they keep it clean it looks beautiful in the summer time.

I have been living here for two years and could not be happier with my experience living here. I really enjoy having access to the amenities provided as well as really appreciate the staff for all of there work to create a since of community.

The property boasts an excellent location and a peaceful neighborhood. However, my primary concern revolves around the water bills, which seem disproportionately high even for minimal usage, reaching $200.

Community is quiet but the people I do see are so friendly! Met the cutest puppy who looks exactly like my puppy. The areas are nice and upkept and my apartment before I moved in, was maintained nicely as well.

Everyone in the community is so welcoming and friendly. The building is nice and clean, maintenance cleans the lobby everyday and I always say hello.

Not very happy , last minute communication is not the way to go. Every thing was a rush job last minute then they get upset when u don’t have all the steps done for move in because they decided to tell YOU DAY OF move in what’s needed before u get the key which is only done on the 1st which I have never had too wait for ( I could start moving in two days or so prior to the 1st)

The move-in experience was quick and well organized. My leasing agent explained everything in detail on my first visit, and gave me all the necessary information to begin my application process. My new apartment was clean and ready on my first day of tenancy. The building is located in a great area and folks are nice and accommodating. Thanks to Canton Woods for providing a great place to live!

I've lived at Canton Woods for 8 years. The management staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is great, and usually deserted for the first hour or two of the day. It's great to have the field right there where the kids can play soccer and go sledding in the winter, and there are easy walking trails in the conservation land that abuts the property. One downside--the water bill is $150/month for my family of four.

Canton Woods is a good choice for us! The location is perfect, and the community is friendly. They promptly solve maintenance requests. The walls might be a bit thin, allowing some noise from neighboring footsteps and voices, but this is a common feature in many apartment complexes. Overall, Canton Woods offers a fantastic living experience with its location and community.

Apartment is nice and quiet. Maintenance isn't the best, but at least they make an effort. Mail is a nightmare. My packages are constantly held hostage. The locker system is a joke and epic fail..

I like living here. It is nice and safe. I look forward to using the pool and the barbeque grill. Here we are centrally located to just about anything, food, shopping, entertainment, etc.

My experience has been excellent. I have been really experiencing very good vibes from the community and people are very friendly and niceee.

It is a great place friendly neighborhood. Convinent and close to most amenities like stores train pharmacy and different amenities. The stuff is great

This is a nice place to live. Staff is wonderful and always accomomodating. Work orders are processed very timely. Grounds are well cut both indoors and outdoors.

Need improvement in management of waste removal (dog, trash compactor, hallway trash, abandoned cars) Good offering of amenities - pool, community room, package acceptance, outdoor grills. Would like to see electric car charging port(s) implemented somehow.

I would refer Canton Woods to anyone who enjoys a drama free/ safe environment. The staff is a group of talented professionals. They do their upmost best , to meet the needs of all concerned.

Great place to stay with especially with the field out front. Fits all my needs for an apartment.

I would recommend it but I would tell people to always look down when walking outside as no one ever picks up after their dog. It's disgusting.

I would only recommend the family that pays there rent on time, they are not making me look stupid. On the other hand I would only recommend this place to decent people, because it's a nice place to live and I don't want disrespectful people living here. They keep this place up nicely and it wouldn't be fear to others, that wants to live a clean healthy life.

The complex was clean neat and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The unit was clean

Regina is warm, funny and very knowledgeable. She knew many of the residents and was very cordial. She made me feel like I was home before I ever saw the gorgeous apartment.

I absolutely love my apartment!! It'??s so peaceful and quiet and the view is stunning!!

"Would not" as there are increasing numbers of inconsiderate tenants and inconsiderate tenants with dogs.

Nice grounds. Upkeep of the building was very nice. Apartment was lovely. Pet friendly was a huge factor. Regina was so nice in the leasing office and I feel that reflects on Lincoln Properties.
