Property Ratings at The Townhomes of Canton
The only downside is the bad insulation and they're outdated but for the price you can't beat it! I have the best neighbors and have enjoyed living here so far. Great place for kids. Everyone looks out for everyone. Very great neighborhood feel.
I drove through the complex, and it seemed nice until I noticed the garbage (overflowing dumpsters and bags on porches). Not sure....
I have found living here to be quite nice. The new manager is great . I would recommend living at Canton Gardens Apts to anyone . I love the pool & parking is never an issue when I have company.
This place is a dump. They do no upgrades and when something breaks you wait 2 weeks to get it repaired. I've been here 45 days. No Air for 11 days. Dishwasher, stove and frig are trash. Place never properly cleaned. Stay away far away. Owner is a slumlord.
