Moving from Arizona to California as a single mom is a lot of work. The front office staff at Canterra, especially Joy, made finding a new home for my family easy and stress-free. From finding information online to touring the property to the amazing communication, the whole experience was a 10 out of 10. Plus, the property is peaceful, there are great amenities and the pool area is amazing. So far I highly recommend!

Although, I have barely moved in. From the moment I walked in to do a tour and get some information, I felt a pull. I met Joy upon touring and she was very helpful, showed me everything. Residents seemed happy, quiet neighbors, beautiful view. I felt at home without even moving in yet. Joy was super helpful from the time I toured to the time I moved in. So far so great!

I have enjoyed my 2-year living experience at Canterra. I have always felt safe and enjoy being surrounded by friendly people. I appreciate the features provided by the fitness center (I need to take more time taking advantage of them), and I have enjoyed the use of the pool located near my apartment for lap-swimming.

Great place to live. Just get us a nice security gate…opening with the phone should be an option. Otherwise it is a great place to stay and enjoy.

With the new mobile app, it is easy to navigate and easy to use. Any work orders that are placed are always attended to the same day or the following day depending on the severity of the request. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly I’ve never had any issues or complaints out of the 3 years living here.
