Although, I have barely moved in. From the moment I walked in to do a tour and get some information, I felt a pull. I met Joy upon touring and she was very helpful, showed me everything. Residents seemed happy, quiet neighbors, beautiful view. I felt at home without even moving in yet. Joy was super helpful from the time I toured to the time I moved in. So far so great!

It’s almost over priced! But still good place to live With same rate you can find rentals in some country clubs with mire aminities

I have enjoyed my 2-year living experience at Canterra. I have always felt safe and enjoy being surrounded by friendly people. I appreciate the features provided by the fitness center (I need to take more time taking advantage of them), and I have enjoyed the use of the pool located near my apartment for lap-swimming.

With the new mobile app, it is easy to navigate and easy to use. Any work orders that are placed are always attended to the same day or the following day depending on the severity of the request. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly I’ve never had any issues or complaints out of the 3 years living here.

Very happy living at canterra. maintenance is terrific. Office staff are very, very helpful, and everything else is very good.

Its a nice place to live. Centrally located. Great pool areas, and very helpful office staff.

Great place to live. I've been here for ten years. That's the longest I've been in any place, except for the home where I grew up.
I have lived in a private home most of my life. I was doubtful that I could be happy in an apartment. However, Canterra has changed my mind. I COULD live here happily for the rest of my life.
Why is the sewer fee going up all the time? That is a fee that should belong to the owner. If the fees continue to go up all the time,no one will be able to afford to live here. Even the trash collection could be better managed,insistence on breaking down the cardboard boxes so the bin is not loaded with large boxes..
I have only been a resident of Canterra Apartment Homes since October 14, 2022, but so far have been extremely satisfied with everything. Sandy B.
