Don't Move Here

Rats, Rats, More Rats!!! Maintenance is horrible and Management does NOTHING!!!! The grounds are not kept….trash everywhere & no one does anything!!!

No AC they don't have any maintenance on site and can't fix anything

unsafety

Last summer, someone broke into my unit and brought all valuable things. Still it makes me so scary. No security, 24 hours maintenance, not clean.

Love Cobble hill apartment

The community was well kept, clean and welcoming. The community was set off of a main road and was quiet. The landscaping was colorful and the pool was large and very clean. The washer/dryer/cable bundling package was a nice option especially for the residents. Also The Team Member was friendly, welcoming and even offered to put together a list of daycare providers and local attractions for me.

well it is a very nice place to live... After my divorce my kids and I needed somewhere secluded.. It was just that I love the hard wood floors and the appliances.. The only thing is it needs to be more better with the extermination tho.. And maintenance I mean they fix things but not in a timely matter.. The marble counter tops are very nice and although I live in a two bedroom the three bedrooms are large and beautiful..
