Apartment in rough shape The positive is that the leasing office ladies are amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable! The model home was very nice but upon moving into our unit we discovered it in really rough shape. We’ve put in 5-6 work orders already. The cabinets are in such bad shape that we had to get something to cover them. The strong smell of cigarettes is terrible . Again, on the positive side, maintenance has addressed the issues quickly and are friendly and respectful.
Staff are very accomodating. Having a smooth transaction during our move in.
Good service The support was so good and efficient!!!!
Great The move in process was easy and they made transferring from another HSL sister community.

First move in Moving in wasn't to bad at all the whole process was super easy from looking at, starting to rent,and actually moving in. I'm on the second floor so some stuff wasnt that easy to get up but all depends on what you bring/buy for the place. It's good sized and everything works fine other than paint drip here and there. Was super clean when I first looked at the apartment and everything.

Move in was fantastic My wife and I recently moved in and it was a very easy process and Naomi was amazing. We had furniture that got there before we did and she went above and beyond to make sure it got into our apartment for us. Overall we had an amazing experience with the staff and move in.
Move in was great. Was informed on everything going on from Naomi, she even helped us bring in furniture into our home which arrived before my husband and I did.
Everyone in the office was extremely kind and helpfull. We hope to part of the community very soon. Very nice group of people working in the office to serve the needs of the community

Great Place to Live! I moved in almost 2 weeks ago and the staff in the office were so helpful. There were a few things needing to be serviced upon move in and maintenance was quick ,communicative and took care of the issues quickly. The area is very family and pet friendly and my neighbors are very kind people. The rent amount for the size of the apartment in this area is unheard of and I would recommend anyone to this community if you are looking for a friendly and comfortable location to call home.

Their online payment service is set up in a way that if you mess up (like type in a wrong digit), it says the payment processed when it really didn't. So you think you've paid rent, but you actually haven't and you're building up a bunch of late fees. And they don't tell you that the rent is late until you've built up the maximum amount of fees. Usually places will give you notices/warnings like right after rent is due, but this place doesn't and that doesn't sit right with me. They have a serious roach problem and the pest control service they offer doesn't solve it. The apartments smell weird, and they're humid. The fitness center they advertise just has two treadmills and an old weight machine. The appliances are super old and don't work well. Most of the staff are ok, but the management is super unfriendly. They refused to negotiate with the issue with their website not processing the rent.

I have lived here for two months and it is great! The staff is very professional especially Mokihana. I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER. Fast service plus they got me in right away! 10 stars **********
Large 1 bedroom 1 bath apartments. Good for the price. Good location near a sprouts and other shopping areas. Assigned covered parking is always good in AZ. Pretty good but nothing special.
