I enjoy living here. Management is prompt in responding to your calls and emails, and are quick about solving issues. Price is great for the amount of floor space you get.
I love living here. Its really conveniently located. The staff in the office is caring and terrific. They take care of concerns immediately and answer questions quickly. The maintenance staff is caring and professional and respond quickly. I havent had to get help for much because the apartments are well maintained. Its a great community.
I lived in these apartments in college under a different management company. After moving o roof state and moving back to Arizona, I decided to move back to these apartments based on past experiences. Even under a different management company, I still find my experience here amazing. It fits with my lifestyle and I have no complaints.
Cantala is a very nice complex, small and homely. Great atmosphere, a little on this side of cost but it really is an amazing place to be.

I have searched all over Glendale until I found Greentree. I really wanted a three bedroom but the area can be expensive so greentrees two bedroom was perfect for me as it has the perfect extra space in the master bedroom perfect for a desk. I was able to utilize the space and not need the entire extra room. The complex in areas self is nice it’s pretty quiet here which is nice too
My cousin currently lives here, and I visit often. The apartment I've been waiting for is finally available in January and I cant wait to move in! Apartments have all been redone and even come with a washer and dryer, cable, and internet. Really clean well kept grounds, and my cousin said maintenance is incredible and everything done in less than 24 hours. SO EXCITED!!
My experience at Greentree apartment has been great so far when I need something done it has been done right away all I had to do is go into the office and put in a work order with Blanca who runs the office along with Tina and it was done either that day or the next by the maintenance men Mario and his crew they keep the apartments grounds pretty neat and it's really quiet here there's no Riff Raff and it's a really great place to live apartments are great size for first timers if you're looking for a good place alive greentree is the place to live its close it shopping centers an the hospital
Liked this place when we first moved in and now we're buying a house and leaving. Our neighbor smokes awful cigars and it reeks if we open our doors. We were misinformed about the Dropbox and about the days of notice to leave. Management is making us pay and extra months rent because of their misinforming us on the leave notice even though our lease is up the month before. Happy to be leaving.
