Property Ratings at Candlewood Apartments
I do have an issue with all the barking dogs in my building. It sounds like a kennel at times and very frustrating on the weekend when trying to relax from the work week. Also it would be nice to have a laundry card kiosk in all the buildings as it is an inconvenience to have to go all the way to the one building the kiosk is currently at

Candlewood apartments, though a bit more expensive, are exactly what you see. The people are kind and considerate. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and spacious. Over all a good experience.

We value the opportunity to live at candlewood and grow close to some neighbors over time. It’s in a quiet and safe area close to the black hills! We would like issues brought up to be taken care of in a timely manner. Though this is our main concern our office staff and maintenance team work hard to make this property stay a good experience.

Candlewood Apartments are in a beautiful landscape and are well maintained. They are spacious and quiet. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended.
Located in a very quite and safe area with quick access back to Rapid City. Great value for the price and the communication with ownership/maintenance is always a pleasant experience.
I love living here ! The community is great and the location is even better!
