Candlelite Apartments

I lived here for a little while neighborhood stays pretty quiet here. I got a one bedroom and it’s pretty spacious. I took a look at a couple of the two bedrooms too They were pretty sizable too for the price. The laundry room and hallway stayed pretty clean and The staff pretty nice and willing to help if there’s any problems.

I'm a single lady that has lived at Candlelite over seven years. They take good care of my apartment and the property in general. The most important thing for me is I feel safe here. I also like looking out my widow and seeing lots of grass and trees. That's it.

I moved in 3 years ago primarily because it was close to work. The new management is great. My apartment is nicer and bigger than my friends in OP. Only had a couple of problems and they took care of them pretty quickly. I love having a laundry in my building and it not very busy except Saturdays and Sundays.

Do not move here all they do is lie ! I did a tour of the apartment & before I paid the app fee I asked questions. I asked the man who did the tour about the application process He said it was a first come first serve, he also said I was the first one to put in an app for the two bedroom 3 weeks went by to response so I called to check on the status of my app. The office said they still haven’t heard nothing back on if I’m approved or denied. An hr later I was denied because they chose another applicant. What happened to first come first serve.

If you just want a nice place to live and don't need a lot of amenities, this place is great. My apartment is updated and it's quiet. I have only had one issue and they took care of it quickly. All utilities paid is a blessing. Would have given it 5 stars if there were washer/dryer hookups in the apartments. The laundry rooms are fine but would prefer my own.

I will start off by saying my apartment complex is safe. It's a small complex and everyone knows each other. The apartments are small and need to be updated. They keep the hallways clean and also no smoking inside building hallways. The office staff never answers the phone but when they do, or when you go into the office they are very friendly people.

I must honestly say that The Candlelite Apts.in Grandview,Mo.is not a 5 star dwelling facility,however the professional way inwhich it is managed and operated and maintained certainly puts it in a class above many,many,many others. So Cheers! To the Candlelite staff!!
