Perks are nice

The townhomes are old and although I was lead to believe that my unit was being updated before I moved in it was not updated at all. The carpet smelled moldy. There has been constant maintenance issues and I am looking forward to leaving as soon as my lease is up. I have to assume they allowed me to move in without doing an inspection. I have been stuck in a lease and uncomfortable from the beginning. They are basically putting off issues and I have to call them back multiple times before the issue is resolved. Very very disappointed.
