Canal 1535 is an awesome place, close to French Quarter, hospitals and CBD with nice amenities like exercise room, pool, PJs coffee, parking garage and private party area.

The management and staff at Canal 1535 are very warm and attentive. They all go the extra mile to help residents, especially Jessica, the security guard. The building is generally clean aside from the occasional trash/neglect in the elevator. All other amenities are very clean. I recently did a review of my apartment and mentioned an issue with a drawer and the maintenance man showed up an hour later, without me having to submit a request. Its great to see that if I ever have any issues with my apartment, they staff is receptive and responsive. The building is also safe, with many checkpoints needing a fob. I live on the I10 and hospital side of the building, so it is quite loud at night. Aside from that, I would recommend Canal 1535.

Overall it is a great apartment and a great maintenance team. Facilities are amazing but it is a bit frustrating for dog smell in elevator.

Overly Priced apartments and insect infested. Floorboards uneven from base boards. They don’t fix holes or scratches in the walls they just paint over it. Packages always getting stolen they put all the packages in one room kept unlocked. Elevator always smell like weed.

Very clean and good looking apartment. Has all the amenities. Staff is very helpful and they take care of tenant needs.
Great location with more than competitive prices on rent and parking. Great amenities, with gym, pool, and great coffee bar.
It’s a wonderful community. Very kind management and quite cleanly and safe. I love laying by the pool and the downstairs treadmills. security which is always present is a very reassuring feature as well.
This is experience has been very good. I would recommend others to move into this community.
The staff & security team are extremely friendly and helpful. The endless added amenities and community spaces are unparalleled in comparison to other luxury apartments in the area. In addition, the dog park, spacious gym and beautiful resort style pool are the cherries on top of this complex.
Canal 1535 is an apartment building with several nice amenities along with friendly staff and security. Having 24 hour security and a closed in parking garage makes me feel safe.

1535 Canal does an excellent job of maintaining and taking care of the common area spaces with a high standard of cleanliness and consistency. Any work order requests have always been very timely and thorough…it is greatly appreciated and I very much enjoy the value of staying at 1535 Canal!
