Scott Park is a great option for renters looking for a central location in Toledo. Scott Park is located directly south of the University of Toledo campus and houses the university’s satellite campus on the southeastern corner of the neighborhood. Attracting even more renters, Scott Park is only five miles from Downtown Toledo. Catering to the college crowd, Scott Park is filled with casual restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and other establishments, especially along Dorr Street. The neighborhood is also near several large parks including Toledo Zoo, Swan Creek Preserve Metropark, and Ottawa Park, which is known for its summer concerts, sledding hills, and open-air ice rink. Property Ratings at Campus View Apartments
Maintenances is slow to respond to repairs, sometimes weeks. The complex management left an apartment unsecure while the tenant was away for the weekend after the fire department broke in the door due to a faulty smoke alarm. At the end of the lease the management withheld money for a dirty blind and a closet that was not vacuumed to their liking. Personally I think it is petty to do this to a college kid that was a perfect tenant at your complex.
