Don’t recommend living here Management are bossy and not very nice No 24hr notice when touring my apartment ( ppl just showing with management for a tour ) Management is not understanding what so ever Up stairs neighbors are LOUD in every building.. neighbors are rude Management doesn’t do much with complaints DO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff is very friendly and caring. They get your requests done quickly. The location is perfect for college students. Right next to aviation buildings and a super close drive to the airport. The apartment is perfect size. Would recommend!

They have a friendly staff, a clean and safe community, and located close to campus which is great for students. So far my experience has been great.

Throughout the move-in process the management has been nothing but transparent and extremely helpful. The space is excellent as well, much better than many other options.

Short walk to campus and a very affordable apartment with how spacious and nice the interior is!

Signing up and finalizing the lease was a great process and really easy. The people we were working with were very helpful and polite. The apartment is in great shape and looks amazing. Very excited for the coming year.

The office did a great job of sorting out all the paperwork and was efficient when handling situations. If your apartment in The Pines shares a wall with the stairwell, it will be a bit noisy.

I have been renting at Dakota Commercial Campus Place and it has been a pleasant experience. Staff has been easy to work with and the apartments are well kept and affordable.

Dakota Commercial's Campus Place apartments are clean and close to campus. Their maintenance is next-day, and they offer a great value for the price.

I have lived in the Campus Place apartments now for 3 years and I am very happy with my decision - the staff is friendly, and always respond quickly to any issue. Dakota commercial as a whole is doing a lot for their residents - with recently adding a nearby office so we can better reach their staff, as well as adding a gym and asking how it can be improved. They always try to host fun events and give back to their residents! Also, maintenance is almost always at my place within the day when I submit any sort of request!

Myself and three other UND students live in Campus Place 3 in a four bedroom. The apartment itself is very spacious and overall is a great value. The property managers helped us along the way with the application process and any questions we had. Minor issues were fixed quickly and the community is pretty friendly. The location itself for us is great at most of our classes are just right across the road. From a UND student standpoint, Campus Place is a very good option.

Good location close to campus if you are a college student. Staff is very nice and they are good about sending email alerts about different things going on.

I've lived in these apartments for approximately 8 months and I couldn't be happier. The location is great for those going to UND and you get a nicer apartment for less than you would for other apartments near campus. Tammy is really nice and makes sure that all your requests are filled. Whenever maintenance is needed to be done, they get it done within a couple of days of submitting the form. These apartments are great for college students who aren't looking to host parties. The buildings themselves are really quiet and you don't really hear any neighbors, which is really great for studying. The underground parking garage is really nice in the winter and I've never had any problems with getting in and out. I'm glad I chose these apartments because they are very efficient and reasonably priced for a college student.

I love the heated underground parking. It makes winter slightly easier to get through. I really enjoy the apartments location too. Really close to the Aviation side of UND

Campus Place is the best! Tammy is so sweet and genuinely cares about all of her residents, and it's great having so many fun events!

I really appreciate living at a safe place like Campus Place. It is conveniently located close to campus. The management has always been accommodating and helpful as well!

My roommates and I have signed a lease for the 2019 year and have had no problems navigating the leasing process. They were kind, helpful, and generous to us throughout the entire experience and I can’t wait to move in!

Very open space, not cramped at all. Good window placement allows for sunny, bright rooms.

I live at Northgate Apartments and it is great! Dakota Commercial is affordable and nice apartments! No problem with snow removal or maintenance!

I think it's a good apartment. Roomy and comfortable. Its got a cool little gym and community room, and they put on events every once in a while.

For the price you pay, Campus Place is a great deal. The management is great and easy to work with, and they do a lot of events at their office. Campus place is also right off campus so if you want to walk to class it's a pretty easy walk.

So far been a good living experience for the last year and a half. The lady's at the commons are always around to help you out when you need it. They are always trying to improve the living experience for the people.

Very nice apartments for the price! If you are looking for a luxury place this is not the place for you. However if you are on a budget, this is the best value in all of grand forks in my opinion. Especially if you're a college student, due to how close the Campus place apts are to the university. Office staff is amazing. Keep up the good work!

I have been living in Campus Place III for the last year and I can say that it's the best apartment I've lived in. It is right next to the UND campus, and right next to a gas station for those late-night snack runs. The apartments are clean, updated, and the staff in the office responds to every request when needed. These all factor in to make a great apartment, but the part that really shines with Campus Place is that they offer competitive pricing on all their units. Campus Place has a mini workout center for all residents to use. Overall, Dakota Commercial makes Campus Place a wonderful place to live for a college student going to UND.

Very convenient for UND students as the buildings are within walking distance. Neighbors are all very courteous and quiet. Rooms are clean and good sized. Good price for anyone living in Grand Forks.

Nice rental rates and good, clean units. Newer property with great amenities. Dakota Commercial also does a great job of taking care of their tenants by putting on football watch parties with free Buffalo Wild Wings, doughnuts every first Monday of each month, and other random get-togethers. Highly recommend renting from them!

I have been leaving in a two bedroom apartment for some time now and have no complaints. The apartment is very spacious for the cost and overall there are very affordable for what you get.

I live in Campus Place II. The building is clean and warm. Every now and then maintenance has to fix something, (usually a door's lock) and they are on it very promptly. The Campus Common is also very tidy and the work out room is quite nice. My contact Is Tamara, and she is so sweet whenever I need to go in and talk. She is available often and if she is not, she returns calls or emails in a timely manor. Love this place!!

These apartments are awesome! Very convenient for UND students within walking distance to campus. Very nice apartments for the lower prices you pay, they also have great deals for renewing leases. These apartments have cheap utilities and a nice workout gym.

Campus Place apartments are one of the best deals for apartments in Grand Forks. They are very clean and spacious for a reasonable price, the staff at Dakota Commercial is very helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions.

This is my second year that I have lived at Campus Place apartments, the prices are reasonable and is truly a great place for a college student like myself to live! Very happy living in Campus Place 3!

I signed a 24 month lease after moving out of the dorms. I did some walk throughs of other apartments around Grand Forks, but Campus Place really stood out. The location is prime if you have classes west of the coulee. I am very happy with the maintenance and value of the rooms. Looking across at Robin Hall is nice. Underground parking is great year round. I highly recommend this place. The management is really friendly and they host events for residents.

The leasing office, Tammy and Mikayla, are always there to take your calls if you have any questions or need to put in a maintenance request. The parking lots are always plowed and lawns mowed. Very satisfied!

Best apartments in Grand Forks! Excellent maintenance department!

Have almost lived in Campus Place for two years now and have enjoyed it a lot. It is very close to the UND aviation part of campus so walking just across the street to class is very convenient. Even if you have classes on the other side of campus, its just a short walk or campus bus ride away.

In my short tenure here I've been satisfied with the service. The apartments are very close to campus, making them convenient, the staff are very friendly, helpful and reasonable, the place is very quiet and the apartments very competitively priced. Very affordable. my only qualm is that some units do not have in-unit washer and dryer. But very good overall.

Moving in went very smoothly and they were so welcoming. Maintenance requests get taken care of in a quickly manner. The property managers are very friendly and help with any problems. The online application was not working properly the day we tried to apply but they were willing to help us out by getting us the paper form so we could get our apartment. The property itself is clean and well kept. I would recommend Dakota Commercial to everyone I know.
