We love this complex! Very well kept grounds, units, and amenities. Location is amazing with a gym, groceries, and dining all nearby. Caylee was very friendly and helpful with our move in process. Absolutely nothing not to love! Highly recommended!
After office hours, guest stayed overnight, car was towed. Towed at 2am contacted towing company before 8am, cost $550 to retrieve vehicle. Ridiculous amount, car was not parked in red zone, not in assigned parking, parking lot not full. Be sure to have guest park outside complex to avoid a hefty towing fee.
Gloria and Laura were amazing I really enjoyed the time that I spent living in these apartment homes. The management team and the maintenance team were amazing and the property is beautiful with some of the prettiest landscaping I’ve ever seen I will miss this place thank you you guys. Pamela

The location and the modern style of this place make this a great place to live. The amenities are fantastic. We live in 3 bedroom townhouse which is very comfortable for our family. The prices are the same as other luxury properties in Roseville but you get much more, and we also got a free month. Shiran &John.

The main reason I chose Campus Oaks is how incredibly spacious and beautiful the homes are. They really blew me away. And it doesn’t hurt that the staff is so welcoming and friendly, everyone is so nice and has made the moving process so much less painful. Can’t wait to live here!

My wife and I have been waiting patiently to call this our future home! Gloria,the manager has been helpful in keeping us informed about the building progress and application requirements. The apartment complex itself looks gorgeous and huge and It couldn't be in a better location. We love Roseville, it's a beautiful city.
