Situated along the Hocking River in southeastern Ohio, Athens is a small college town nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Athens is home to Ohio University, which contributes an array of cultural and sporting events to the community. Athens boasts a small-town feel evident in the cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars strewn along brick streets in the historic downtown area. Opportunities for outdoor recreation are plentiful in Athens, with numerous parks, trails, and access to the Hocking River in town. Athens is also convenient to Strouds Run State Park, Wayne National Forest, Zaleski State Forest, and Hocking Hills State Park. Columbus is just an hour’s drive away from Athens too.

Staff is super nice and very helpful ! They were more then willing to answe questions and guide me thru the next steps.
Campus Heights has great value. Though the units are aged, they are kept in good condition. It’s the best value in Athens. Also, the office staff is amazing and quick to rectify issues at hand. Their kindness is part of what makes this place so great!
I was staying in campus heights for last 9 months there are many cockroaches in our flat complained plants of times no use and we have problem with dispenser, exaustfan, fridge and fee sockets for power was not working it’s been already 4 days they didn’t even responded. All the food and milk in the fridge were spoiled. This is the waste management I have never seen.
