Beautiful and spacious! My 3 bedroom is very spacious love the vaulted ceiling and the balcony. Office staff is very friendly and maintenance stays on top of everything. Highly recommend living here.

It was a decent place to live sort of. My fiancé and I lived in a studio with just having to deal with the small space and sometimes the homeless dumpster diver, but when we transferred to a 3 bedroom unit we found painted over roaches in two of our rooms and 2 nests of them under our appliances. They didn’t inform us beforehand, but apparently the whole building had a problem years prior to this and continued to. Very poor pest control really and poor management.

They claim the Studio's are smoke free but you will get bleed-over from chain smokers who smoke 24/7 even while they sleep. If you live on the upper floors you will be inhaling other peoples 2nd hand smoke all night while you sleep. It's an okay place to live. But just be aware of what I've wrote above.

I moved into a new remodeled unit similar to the 1 bedroom video and I couldn't be happier. I love the colors and my vaulted ceilings in my living room. The staff made is easy to apply and get moved in. I have not had any issues but I always see maintenance out and about busy. Love my new home.

I can't believe how many updates they did to my apartment. I shopped several of the newer properties and my apartment here was better than them all. They have also added really nice fitness equipment, an outdoor kitchen and awesome grill and an adorable dog park my little dog just loves!

My apartment really is ok, but it isn't safe for my family and me. What is inside the walls scares me!! My rent is 700 for a bad apartment. I wish we could move but we are always broke. Pay check to pay check..

Located in the middle of this beautiful city of Joplin. Minutes from every where. Newly renovated, very clean, and up to date. Good people, good management, good maintenance. Security deposites are very low, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms only cost 650.00 a month. We only pay electricity, other utilities are paid for. Second floor apartments have vaulted ceilings in the living room. Large sliding doors leading out to the front porch and another one in the master bedroom with its own private porch. A beautiful view overlooking a park, with manicured lawns and walk trails. It is quite a view. Parking lots are always clean with maintenance workers out and about every morning picking up trash around the complex. These apartments are well kept. Its peaceful, and its nice and big. All apartments comes with fridge, dishwasher and stove. There's a fire place in the living room. I love it here. This is home, somewhere where i feel safe, and its a good feeling to wake up knowing you're living in a cheap beautiful 3bedroom 2 bath with a price tag of a 2 bedroom 1 bath. You can't find this anywhere else. I love it, and its not a low income housing unit. Thanks for reading and god bless.

Our home is a three bedroom apartment, on the second floor of the building. The front balcony faces a beautiful park. Such a great view! I live here with my boyfriend. Our home has two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and one at the end of the little hallway. Though our home is small, it is the one place I miss the most when I am away from it. When I go away even just for a day, I find myself missing our home. As soon as I walk back into the our home, I hear our home telling me not to leave for too long again. Our home misses me, too! The master bedroom also has a small walk in closet. It's perfect. The master bedroom has sliding doors, which lead out to a balcony. Since it's just my boyfriend and I who live here, the two other rooms are guest rooms. We have guests once in a while, and I'm sure they appreciate the rooms. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace. There are family pictures hanging on the walls, as well as wood carvings of a turtle and dolphin. The furniture in the living room consists of a matching set of a couch, a love seat, two matching end tables, and a coffee table. Also, there's the flat screen situated on an entertainment unit. The furniture is all black. There's also the recliner, which is blue. The walls in my home are an off white color. The living room leads into the dining room, where we have our four seat dining table and chairs. On the walls in here are a hot pink wall clock, a calendar, a plaque that reads, "Life is short, eat dessert first", and a small cross. Above the dining table is a ceiling fan. The dining room furniture is black. Right off the dining room is the utility room, which hides the water heater. This is also where the cleaning supplies are. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. It has a food pantry, and just the right number of cabinets, 14. There are the 4 small ones on top of where the refrigerator and stove are, and the standard 10 others around the kitchen. The double sided sink is white. The main color scheme in the kitchen is red. Home has central air and heat. Right outside the living room, on the balcony, is a storage room. All the rooms in the home are carpeted, except for the usual rooms, the two bathrooms and the kitchen. We are happiest at home. It is our home and you will feel at home too.
