Campbell Creek is conveniently located right across from main campus at Campbell University, located only a few steps away from the Convocation Center and the Student Union. Aside from being the closest apartment community to the university, we offer all-inclusive individual bedroom leases making it easy for roommates to share an apartment, eliminating the hassle of splitting rent and monthly bills to multiple providers. Included in rent is hi-speed fiber internet, water, sewer, trash, recycling, pest control, and 24-hour maintenance emergency line. Each bedroom comes fully furnished and has its own bathroom and enormous walk-in closet. The shared common area also comes fully furnished in the living room and comes with major kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer in each apartment. Our onsite property management staff and quick to respond maintenance team offers easy online access to any of your leasing or maintenance needs. Property Ratings at Campbell Creek Apartments
It has taken me 3 years to write this review, but the experience has stayed with me. My son lived in these apartments for a year and a half. He actually was rarely there in 2020 due to covid. They placed him with a roommate that had a dog. The dog was kept in a kennel in the living room and the roommate's girlfriend stayed over most of the time. It was like he couldn't move around freely in his apartment. He basically rented a room. The issue came when we tragically lost my younger son in October of 2020 in Lillington. Understandably, my older son did not want to return to Campbell University. He dropped out that fall and the following spring semester. The management would not work with us at all. They did not let us out of the lease, so we essentially paid for an apartment that no one was occupying. It's just heart-breaking that we had to go through the emotional pain of losing a son and the financial strain on top of that. It was just a disappointing experience all around.
The furniture is very old. My apartment had mold, animal droppings, and dead bugs everywhere. It didn't matter how much I cleaned, it could never be clean. Management was very unresponsive and unwilling to improve anything.

Didnt like staying here. Price wasnt bad but amenities was lacking. Tvs were not 50inch. Pool table was broken. Just updated gym but still the equipment sucks. Pretty sure my room had mold in it.
Very pleased stay with great attendance never had any problems with the staff nor neighbors and all around I would rent again if I head to the area
