I've lived here about 6 months now and would recommend. The staff are friendly and maintenance is very responsive. They're usually out to handle your issue within a few hours. For the most part, the neighbors are pretty respectful. There's a lot of different cultures here which can make for very interesting and diverse conversations. It's not the cheapest place, but if you can afford one of the remodeled apartments, I'd say it's probably worth it.

I really enjoy living here in Camp Hill. Work is very close by, well paying jobs are nearby. I'm a cyclist and there are a lot of routes to ride and bike shops if you are into that type of thing. Apartment is clean, roomy and perfect for me and my girlfriend. Cheaper than other apartments in this area and utilities are cheap. Rent is higher than the average, however that's due to being in Camp Hill instead of Harrisburg or Carlisle. Leasing office and maintenance crew are very helpful and quick to respond. Residents are friendly and helpful also.

It's a very nice community. Very convenient to shopping. It is very maintained. I noticed the parking lot is well lit. Entrance to the apartments are well lit and maintained.

We just switched to a bigger apartment and the leasing office crew was so helpful! Maintenance Is great! We enjoy all the stuff the leasing office sets up for the community! The neighborhood is great! My kids love the pool and the park so much! I've been living here for a few years now I've lived in 3 separate apartments with 3 different layouts and I can say that each one was very nice and worth the price. Overall this complex and the people in it including the staff are great!
It has been a wonderful experience living at the Camp Hill Plaza Apartment. I live in a three bedroom apartment and I think I have the basic things I need for the apartment. It wasn’t so pleasant with some of the leasing staff in my first year but there has been a great improvement. I wish to give a big shout out to Penelope. She is so receptive and kind. I loved her from the first day I visited the leasing office. I also want to specially appreciate the maintenance team. You are incomparable. However I do not like the shared Washer. I wish that there would be a washer for at least two apartments to share rather than 6 apartments for one washer and dryer.Every other thing is manageable. Martina

It's a nice community could have some better amenities or not as expensive for subpar living conditions but over all its a nice enough place for what you are willing to pay in these inflated markets
Everything has been great while living here. The only down side was the water main break but within the community, they worked together to provide water. All the areas around the complex are always up to date and clean

I have lived here for only 2 weeks, but even before we moved in I knew this was going to be an amazing place to live. The staff are so bubbly and friendly and helped with anything I needed. With living here, everything works great, I never hear any neighbors, the water pressure is the best, the people in the community are kind and upbeat, and it is very family friendly. I am so happy with this experience so far!

We had a smooth moved in our apartment. Quite place and very safe community. What I like best is, it’s close to supermarket, bank, gym, church and shopping area. The community has a common swimming pool, kids play area, amazon locker and an ample parking space. Highly recommend.

Location wise, maintenance wise , it is a pleasant stay. All departmental stores are nearby. It is a pleasant stay. Spring party, picnic area, pool, gym are good amenities to have.

Cons: The rent is pretty expensive compared to other places. In the year we’ve been living there the buildings hallway carpet has never been cleaned (That carpet is disgusting). At least for my apartment building it is a shared washer and dryer. For to do a load of wash then dry it it’s $4. If you fill the washer over halfway there might be a fire. Street parking. Pros: maintenance is really quick, there is a pool and dog park, sometimes they give free food, quiet neighborhood, the location is nice because it’s close to everything.
I’ve lived here for a month now and from the beginning we had looked everywhere for the right place to call home and when we found here we were a little hesitant but Penelope helped us thru that she was so kind and helpful we toured the one bed and the two bed we decided on the two bed and it is definitely one of the best decisions we’ve made, such a beautiful place to call home.

Nice location, near to Shopping, Near to UPMC, Near to Physicians, Good maintenance, Supportive maintenance team, Good school district. Nice neighborhood. Good place to live.

The apt. is spacious with enough storage space such as closet, kitchen cabinets, a pantry, bathroom has a closet. The only thing I don't like is the shower head that doesn't have good water pressure and the it takes a long for time for the water to get warm.

I haven't fully moved in yet and I haven't been there long enough but the staff and the environment has been phenomenal, I absolutely love my apartment I love every amenity that comes with it and I love the fact that it's only a few minutes away from my work and I'm in an area that is local and I don't have to travel too far to do anything or get anything. I love the area I love the people.
