I have been living here for a few years now. I love my apartment! The office staff has always been great as well as the maintenance staff. Anytime I have had a maintenance call they were prompt on tending to it. I would recommend living in this community.

It is quiet and shady, but there are too many speed bumps. Also, the gate is not working. The apartment is nice. I have a dining area, which is good. I have not had one in a long time.

The experience has been good! The staff is great and very helpful. Having the food truck once or twice a month is an added bonus! The pool is a good place to take my grandson and spend some time with him.

I feel safe and love the aesthetic. My only concern is still the roaches I just don't think they're ever going to go away, even after doing pest control.

Mr.Tom the office manager is great. The neighbor hood is good. Just an all around great place to live Thanks To The manager I would not live here without him and his ability to run Camilla apartments.

Good place with decent amenities and neighbors. The paid parking could be cheaper for what it is especially since there are so many open spots that no one parks in leaving no room for other residents

The leasing staff are great. They are very helpful and always pleasant. If I ever have a maintenance issue they are always on top of it. The complex is a nice community to live in. I have been there for 3 years and hopeful can renew my lease if the price is good.

Absolutely amazing, better than I could have imagined!!! So quiet, peaceful and clean here and love all the ducks, cats and animals all around, gives me peace of mind of a safe area too!!

Absolutely love living here! Neighbors and entire staff in leasing office are amazing! Almost two years here, and any problems maintence is here in a hurry. Everyone that lives here are respectful. My kids have made tons of friends! Plan on staying for many to come!

The complex is nice like any 32yr old complex there are gonna Be problems but normally they are addressed pretty fast with Mr.Tom the property manager.

I have been here for only a month so far. I like the community. It's quiet but people will try to steal, so make sure you have cameras! But other than that, so far so good.

It's OK. No issues so far. I been living or about a year already in a 2 bed room. The aparment have no problems everything is working properly.

My experience was a great experience it was very informative and the office staff was very friendly and helpful the place is beautiful and I am happy to make it my home It's very quiet and peaceful very relaxing and comfortable I love this place

Been here 3 years never had an issue and now we have new neighbors that complaint about things that aren't valid because my type of job and my husband we aren't even here most of the day and night

We are still loving this apartment complex. All of our work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. The person used for pest control does not fully spray the apartment in the needed areas.

I really enjoy living here at Camila. I just started my 3rd lease here. The staff and maintenance are amazing. They are always helpful and maintenance is quick to respond to repairs.

Been living here for two weeks and so far; I like, everything seems to be quiet and peaceful; the only thing I will say it’s parking some nights nothing serious. Evelin over the leasing office make the leasing process really easy and smooth, she took the time to answer every question.

Camila is a unique apartment community in that it feels secluded but you're not too far from stores and activities. They also have a large space for outdoor sports and freshly renovated amenities. The only down side is your are not free to have advertisement on your vehicles or do mechanical work which is very inconvenient in a pinch or if your vehicle is used for your line of work.

Todo está bien acá pero el costo del agua es demasiado elevado , no creo volver a renovar el servicio de basura también es costoso y no cumplen como debe ser

Peaceful Apartments, a lot of trees, and very kind staff. Evelyn was always helpful in out move in process, since the application until the move-in date.
