Cameron Heights has been a great place to live. The management is friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew responds quickly and they do a great job. The grounds are well kept with nice outdoor community space. The underground heated parking is safe, secure and a great perk. CH is quietly tucked just off Appleton Avenue - near restaurants, shopping and easy access to the freeway. A wonderful place to call home.

It is been almost an year we moved in here. Such a nice place for a family. The maintenance turn around was quick. Shelly and Michelle follow up on the maintenance request that we place. The hallways are always clean and neat.. Any maintenance circulars are sent/ posted to the residents well in advance. In short nice calm and hygenic place to live in.

I've been in my apartment for going on 5 years now. My building is super quiet and the management staff is super friendly. Michelle and Shelley always have a quick smile and a hello. The maintenance staff are also quick to respond in emergency situations. My dishwasher was leaking badly on a Saturday and on of the maintenance guys were at my place with the hour fixing it. Great place to live!

I am living in Cameron heights apartments from last 2years it is a very nice place to live,it is very safe community with reasonable cost. Cameron heights is such a lovely place to call home. Maintenance is always handled on time, the owners keep the apartments clean, it its clear they are very cared for. Managers here are so sweet and caring. I would highly recommend Cameron heights to anyone looking to live in a quiet and beautiful community.

I live in cameron heights, Menomonee Falls and I am completely satisfied with the community. Its located in a great area with great schools. The staffs are very responsible and helpful. This is a great place to call home. -vijay-

I live at Cameron Heights Apartments in Menomonee Falls for the past 5 years and I absolutely love my apartment and the surroundings. This place is a safe community with a reasonable cost for living. Its located in a strategic area whereby all shopping malls and grocery stores are located within a stones throw with great school district. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful and responsive especially Ms.Shelley, she is very helpful and thoughtful. Whenever we have any issues at the apartment, the maintenance people are fast on maintenance request. I would recommend this place for anybody who is seeking for an apartment! -kalyani-

We have lived here for around 6 months now, and Cameron Heights is a great place to live!!! Apartment is very spacious with two good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and staff is great! Highly recommend!!

I really enjoy living at Cameron Heights. The rent is reasonable and i love the underground parking, especially in winter! They really keep up the grounds so it always looks beautiful and peaceful. Everything is well maintained. I also am grateful that the apartments are pet friendly! Shelley is great. She is always there if you have a question or need help. She's always on top of things and very friendly. It's a great place to live. Lynn

I am very satisfied living at Cameron Heights. I have been a resident for approximately 4 plus years. Let's just say Cameron Heights will be the last apartment complex I will live at until I purchase a home. I have moved from apartment to apartment every 1 to 2 years and Cameron Heights is the longest I have lived at and that alone tells you a lot. Manager, Shelley has a very pleasant personality, problem solving skills, and a positive attitude. I am comfortable approaching her with issues because they get resolved. Maintenance is effective and efficient whether I put in a work order to have something repaired or replaced, or apartment inspections that complete thorough checks with heating, air, and plumbing concerns. There is continual upkeep of driveways, landscaping, cleaning inside garages, shoveling, and cleaning in each building. The location is extremely convenient with your every need fulfilled whether it's grocery shopping, fast-food, dining out, health clubs, hospital, medical and veterinarian offices, Costco, and retail stores. That's just to name a few. Also, being located very close to the highway is a plus as well. The staff at Cameron Heights are friendly and work hard. I really recommend checking out Cameron Heights and speak with Shelley for an open house.

My husband and I lived at Cameron Heights for just over two years, and the only reason we left is because we are expecting our first child and need a little more space. The apartments themselves are spacious, however, clean and well maintained. The hallways are always kept clean and the common areas are never messy. Whenever there was an issue, management is always quick to a resolution and never lets something fester for long. Free yearly carpet cleanings were great, and Shelley was always responsive whenever something happened or we had questions. Rent can be paid physically or online, which was great for us. We also had a great view of trees and critters. Personally, our neighbors upstairs were terrible but that was no reflection on Cameron Heights whatsoever, and more a reflection on the people above us not being considerate of others. If we ever had to go back to apartment living in Southeastern Wisconsin, we would definitely return to Cameron Heights. Great deal, great prices and great space. Don't pass this place up!

I lived at Cameron Heights for 2 years and the experience living there was tremendous. The management team is very friendly and very supportive with anything (Shelley was always helpful with us). Hallways, stairs and all other common areas get cleaned almost every day and always stay freshly painted. You also get yearly free carpet cleaning service. Very quiet place in the heart of Menomonee Falls. You will also enjoy the heated underground garage in the cold winters of Wisconsin. This place is worth the money. -Denis
