An affordable suburb nearing the coast of the Atlantic, Kingsland sits directly north of the Georgia-Florida state line on Saint Mary’s River. Interstate 95 and Ocean Highway travel directly through town taking you north into Savannah or south into Jacksonville. Jacksonville is the closest big city to Kingsland, located approximately 35 miles south of town into the state of Florida. Although residents of Kingsland have easy access to historic towns in Georgia and waterfront cities in Florida, there’s even more to be found without leaving town.
Kingsland is home to the College of Coastal Georgia and good public schools like Camden County High School. Local and chain dining options await along East King Avenue and Boone Street, and there are several small businesses, supermarkets, and other conveniences in the city. Locals enjoy visiting Howard Peeples Park for its playgrounds, athletic fields, tennis courts, and picnic shelters.

Property Ratings at Camden Way Apartments
We absolutely love living at Camden Way. The office employees are great, our apartment is well maintained and the community is quiet. They accept pets which I love and the location is close to everything.
I rented with this apartment for a few years, at first it seems nice, the people are nice to you. When you actually take some time and open all of the cabinets, look behind things, and just look closely, the place is disgusting. It’s not insulated correctly so no matter what it’s scorching hot and the pitiful AC unit doesn’t do anything to help except raise your power bill. There is mold EVERYWHERE. They say to let them know so they can come bleach it up but it shouldn’t even be happening. They know about it but won’t pay to fix anything. The carpets are disgusting but don’t worry they’ll blame that on you when you go to move out. The neighborhood is decent, the neighbors are nice, and the maintenance guys are nice but that’s about it.
Never emails when they claim they will, waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Went to office only to find no one there, cant get an application sent to my email or address properly. If this is how signing up is, id hate to see how current tenants are there with problems.
The Great leadership team and maintenance crew work with passion and are true ambassadors for the property. Camden way all the way!!
I have lived at CWA for three years now. It’s a good place to live, close to restaurants and I-95. Land lord is very welcoming and will work with you. The neighborhood is quiet. Favorite thing about living here is the porch you have off to the side. It’s your own slice of heaven. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and they are very friendly. This would be a great apartment for anyone single and or married.
