Residents are responsible for payment of optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. Property Ratings at Camden Apartments
I love my spacious 2 bedroom apt at Camden. The management is friendly and helpful. I love the location in Sauk Rapids, just off of highways 15 and 10 with easy access to both. I live on the second floor and use the elevator to reach my 2nd floor apartment when I am using my walker...very convenient and a must have for me. I am thrilled to have an in unit washer and dryer. Those two plus the dishwasher and electric stove are of the best quality and work great. The rooms in my apartment are larger than I expected to find in apartment living so I was able to keep my king size bed and there is even room for my massage table and two chest of drawers in there plus adequate walking space in the bedroom. I like the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is small, but big enough for me. Camden apartments is my home and I am very pleased living here.
I am coming up on 2 years at Camden Apartment and it has been a great experience and a place I like to call home. It's hard to find a place that is affordable, clean, friendly, good location, etc. and this place checks all those and more. Most important however, is the great work that Lana does managing the place. I have talked more to her in my two years than any of the other managers in previous apartments combined. And I have lived in apartments for the last 16 years. She is always there to answer questions, take care of any maintenance that needs completed and makes sure the building is kept clean. Even taking 5-10 minutes to talk about your day and how things are going brings a real sense of community to this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.
I've lived at Camden for almost 10 years. The manager is wonderful! One of the main reasons I'm still there is the management. She is hard working and always there for me! Thank you Camden management!!!! You rock!!!!
I have lived at the Camden Apartments now for over 2 years and have found it to be a great place to live. I have reasonable rent that includes electricity, garbage, water and washer and dryer in my unit. I find it very affordable and the place is kept up very well. The location of the apartment complex is in a secluded area and it feels you are away from the city. When I had any concerns, Lana the Manager takes care of them right away. Lana works very hard at ensuring the tenants are happy and making the place look great. Well worth it here!
First off, I would like to say that these apartments are very high quality. It is wheelchair accessible with an elevator at the entrance. The rooms are specious and well layed out. It is very quiet almost all of the time and the people who live here are very friendly. Overall I believe the apartment is a great place to stay but may be in need of new management.
i lived there for one year in a beautiful and spacious 2 bed 2 bath apt with washer and dryer in unit. electricity is also included in the rent so no worries about it. the place is quiet, safe and peaceful; the neighborhood is good; the management does a good job overall in terms of maintenance and cleaning of the property. Lana the landlord is a nice woman who tries what she can to satisfy you. however i got issues sometimes with her sometimes because of lack of communication or misunderstandings. Definitely, i recommend the place.
I've been living here for 5 years and have had no problems with the apartment or management. Relatively quiet, with the exception of typical mechanical noises and garage doors opening. The building also attached and detached garages for a small extra monthly charge. Electricity and garbage are included!
