Great location, great price for your money, and the staff is even better. The manager Tenille is always smiling, and the maintenance staff Jorge is always nice and takes care of anything that I need fixed.
Camby Crossing is a beautiful community! Highly recommend this property and the manager, Tenille, is extremely helpful. The grounds are beautiful and close to great shopping!
The staff treated me with so much respect and kindness. Tenille and Colin are amazing, I got the feeling that I was part of the community during my visit.
Great place between Hixon and downtown Chatt, quiet and quaint.
Run don't walk away from these apartments, the management is awful, everyone is always in your business. The apartments look remodeled but they aren't. The neighbors watch everything. They have no lives. Don't have visitors because their cars will be towed while visiting you. Also don't have more then 1 car that's not allowed. This place just sucks all around.
The property manage is rude every other word out of her mouth is an outright lie. She will gossip about you and tell everyone your business. I was going to rent there but when i spoke with a number of the current tenants and checked the reviews there is no way. also my ex mother in law was living there and the property manager (jerri) was disrespectful and rude. She9the property manager) needs to learn how to read when a contract reads that it ends on a date that does not mean 2 weeks before!!
Has met our needs with a fixed income. Nice layout.
After living in a house with all the responsibilities of upkeep, property taxes, etc it is nice to be living in an apartment in which these things are no longer my concern. I am close to stores, family, and work.
The property was very dirty. There were people/resident out hanging in the front entrance. I was looking for my daughter a new apartment to move into. But it will not be this one. It was terrible. Please clean up this property so someone might consider moving in.
I have visited camby village to put in a app to live there and my overall opinion is the apt grounds look very clean and it is very quiet something I love since I am a mother of two little children. I would really consider living here. I also like that its income based that's a plus
