The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cambridge Terrace
I have lived at cambridge terrace for 6 years. I've been through the management changes. Charger Properties is by far the best. The new manager is very responsive and gets maintenance out in a timely fashion and I always see her out on the property. She cares about us. Maintenance man works extremely hard and always is smiling. When I renewed my lease recently the manager said "you live here, I work here. If theres anything we can do to improve your living experience please let us know" I feel like the whole team knows most of us by name. The apartments are about 20 years old but Charger Properties does a good job of keeping them up to date.
It’s awful trying to get maintenance to do anything around here. Neighbors let dogs poop everywhere and managers do not enforce the pet waste rules and don’t pick up the waste. I don’t recommend living here.
Management is shady! They show you all these pretty pictures, tell you that you get all of these nice amenities they are included and then when you move in too bad, so sad! 2.5 years still waiting on paint and carpet... They charge high fees for water and triple fees for sewer.. the electrical is old so high electric bills, leaky windows and doors so cold air comes in during winter hot air comes in during summer... High fees to pay your rent online.. management has about has as much personality as a wet newspaper, the whole place is nothing but a big joke!!
Staff is very helpful, when you need maintenance, they're very prompt. The area is clean and very quite.
Lived here last year. I paid my rent in full and prior to the due date every single month. The apartment itself was nice and I liked how the area felt like you were in the country even though you are right off of Isabella Rd. Maintenance and management leave a lot to be desired. There is garbage laying around the complex lawn. My apartment had smoke from the neighbors coming in via the bathroom cabinet and that was never corrected. They expect the residents to shovel and salt the sidewalks. There were issues with the windows not opening properly, and the water was HORRIBLE. Speaking of water....they don't tell you that you have to pay for the water or that they illegally give your personal information out to a third party called Conservice to bill you for water. You will get charged for THOUSANDS of gallons of water (even before you move in) but never once get an actual meter reading. Also, one day when I called about my water being nothing but pure liquid rust coming out of the faucets. The manager explained that the hydrants were being flushed. So when I complained that it would have been nice to have a notice of this event prior to ruining my load of white laundry, she outright lied to me and said that they "didn't know it was happening either". I immediately called Union Twp who let me know that not only did the complex know WHEN it was happening, but they actually REQUESTED the flush! When I confronted the manager on her lie, she blew me off with a "I am not going to argue with you Michele." That experience was enough to make me want to move. But the fact that the entire lower level of my building had a SEWER break and flood in all of the lower apartments and maintenance did not come that night, did not replace any of the carpets nor give the residents a place to stay while they "cleaned" the sewage in their homes, absolutely was the final straw to my moving.

In March of 2020 Cambridge Terrace was purchased by Charger Properties. Water bills are a flat rate $45 and paid directly to the office. We understand that there will be an adjustment period. As we transition with new owners, new management, new policy and new rules. Customer Service is #1 with Charger properties and if you have any problems, please feel free to call the office. We would love to hear from you
I have lived here for 7 years and love my living experience! My apartment is very quaint and comfortable. There has been a few changes in management/ownership in the past year, which made it a bit confusing from time to time, but I never had any issues with any of them. Having said that, the current staff is very nice and very helpful. The maintenance staff is also nice and very knowledgeable and quick with their repairs. This is home to me and many others. This place is so wonderful!
Just left this complex after over a year living there. Only reason we left was for a bigger place since our family is growing with a new baby on the way. The apartment was clean and seemed fairly new. We loved that it had ac in the summer. Overall it was a quite place good for families, there is a college apartment complex nearby but we never heard anything. Management was great and always went over and above to address any concern we had. Only real problem we had was little pill bugs in the summer by the entrance doors, however management sent Orkin to spray. Overall my family and I enjoyed living here and I think others will too.
Typical place that doesnt keep an eye on the staff. So, they get a power trip and get lazy. They do not care if places are rented. They are slow, snotty on the phone and could care less to help. Any of the "good" reviews on here, is the staff themselves. There is NO WAY people would say this staff is helpful, or nice or any of the above. Sad, the owners should really change staff every 5 years, then you would not have this. I am considering writing to the owners of this community.

Eagle Crest is now Cambridge Terrace and is under new management and ownership with a new staff very focused on meeting the needs of all our residents!
I hate the huge speed bumps in the parking lot; I understand safety but have gigantic speed bumps every 50 feet is ridiculous. Nothing special about how the apartments, just a place to live.

Now under new ownership/management with many new upgrades to the apartments and the resident community room!
Spaces living, great layout with dish washer, built in Microwave & Garbage disposal. Washer & Dryer hook up. Along with Central Air. Great Quiet Neighborhood, Walking distance to Shopping & Restaurants. Auburn Eagle Crest, Mount Pleasant, Mi. 48858
Arbors At Eagle Crest is a really nice apartment to live in. Its a quiet and family friendly community. The apartments are very spacious, modern, great landscaping. They also have great specials on the there apartments. The staff is very friendly, they make sure you feel welcomed. I've been at my apartment for a few months now no major complaints. I would recommend this place to others if you are looking for an nice affordable place to call home.
I have a balcony and washer dryer hookup which many apartments that are one bedroom do not have.
My apartment is very cozy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms and one bath and a good size living and dining area. The kitchen could be little bigger with more cupboard space but I make do. It is on the back of a building so I have lots of grass behind me and a little designated area to plant veggies and flowers. It is actually like a little house. I also have a back patio so I can sit outside and enjoy the garden area,
I've lived in an apartment at Arbors at Eagle Crest for close to 4 months now. In these four months its been a very pleasant experience. Maintenance is very quick and timely with repairs. Management is very kind and polite, the complex is very pet oriented, the ladies in the office even love seeing pets visit as they have treats for your pets right inside the office. I'd definitely recommend this complex to other renters!
I would love to live here however they don't except if the "family" has a full time student!!

We would love to have you also, unfortunately those are the rules as set down by the IRS & State of Michigan. Please keep us in mind after you graduate!
I know people who live there and have visited there many times. First of all the manager, the red head, is EXTREMELY RUDE!! Until they replace her I would NEVER live there! She is totally sweet, fake sweet, to you but once you sign the lease she is absolutely horrible and is very rude to you and won't help you at all. AND THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! She was told about this over a week ago and they still HAVE NOT TREATED FOR THEM!! And she blamed them for bringing them in and calling the people dirty. I have never heard of someone being so horrible to people like this. They have lived there for months and and they didn't have them until they moved in there. There have also been a number of people slipping and falling there because they are not salting the sidewalks. The excuse is that one of the salt machines is broken and they have not gotten another one. Isn't the safety of the people who live there important??? They claim they are, but haven't replaced the salt spreader, but again this morning a friend slipped because noone salted the sidewalks. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Eagle Crest is now Cambridge Terrace with new ownership and management in place. We have a new, friendly staff in place focused on meeting the needs of all our residents and providing an enjoyable living experience for everyone!
Arbors at Eagle Crest is a wonderful place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home from the moment they meet you. Visiting the office is a pleasure as they know your name and treat you like family. When you move in, you are given a wonderful welcome basket that has treats as well as other items for your new home. The apartments are spacious and feel more like a house than an apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is a joy to live here.
This is a great place to stay if you like the home like feeling. It is quiet and nice. The price is cheap and the quality is good. The staff is one of the best parts of this place. They make you feel like you matter and that you are family. They have a couple of local parks for kids and a few doggy parks. The Maintenance is really good at being there that day or at last the next. This really is a family place is that is what you are looking for. If I moved back to Mount Pleasant I would with out a doubt stay here again.
