Despite being incorporated only two years ago, South Fulton has already developed a character all its own. Situated partly along the southern section of the Perimeter and stretching southwest over Chattahoochee Hills, South Fulton covers a large portion of residential and undeveloped land. This sprawling area is made up of a number of characterful neighborhoods, all offering access to ATL at a more affordable price.
South Fulton’s entire western border is formed by the Chattahoochee, making it a perfect place for the outdoor-inclined to settle. There’s also plenty of parks and shopping centers to keep residents entertained. Hartsfield-Jackson airport sits on the eastern edge of South Fulton, so if you travel for work but want more space than the city would provide, look no further.

Property Ratings at Cambridge Faire
Application process can be complicated so after going through so much to get here it was disappointing. The units are outdated but they keep "updating" everything else. Can't use ANY of the amenities at this point (car wash area is down, laundry and the gym are under construction). There are issues with pest. After a bug exited a neighbors Apt and tried to enter into someone else's they moved out within a week. In the units you have stucco walls, low ceilings, low hanging lights and its so outdated that you can hear loud tapping noises and water whenever the neighbors use them. Its so noisy to where you can be jilted awake out of your sleep on your work day at 2am by the sliding door of a neighbor. You can hear the sliding door in every part of the unit, thats how loud it is I don't think its worth the money however the maintenance people are so nice. Its also mostly for older people, they have so many handicapped parking that its a competition to park near your place to bring in groceries, laundry etc. You also pay to take your OWN trash to the compactor near the apt exit. Had I known that, I would've never applied. If you are by any play area you have to listen to unsupervised children cuss, scream and cry for hours on end. The kids nearly run the complex, when the pool was open to when you can have peace. People will follow in behind you when you open the gate or nearly hit your car trying to enter the EXIT gate so the people can be annoying. Its basically a safety issue. I can't wait to move out to something better
1.) Minor maintenance issues (sink, AC, etc.) but were repaired within a day at most. The maintenance guys were the best! 2.) Gate kept breaking which was annoying. Usually took a couple of weeks each time it broke to fix 3.) Great managers 4.) Low amount of parking 5.) Pretty safe 6.) Some loud neighbors and it's easy to hear the neighbors upstairs (we listened to a breakup while eating popcorn) 7.) Bad cell reception in places Pretty great place, only left due to rent increase. Would definitely move back/recommend a friend
It’s overpriced especially for the units that haven’t been updated since 2002. There is an infestation, broken shelves, peeling vents/tubs, damaged sinks and garbage disposals. This is not at all what we expected or saw in the model.
If you are looking for a great and safe place to live, you have found it. Management is great and friendly and will quickly answer any questions or concerns you may have. Very clean property with plenty of parking. Look no more!
