Property Ratings at Cambria Apartments
This apartment complex is pretty on the outside but useless after hours. I’ve had my AC break down in the middle of the summer and no one came to fix it even though they claim to have maintenance on sight 24/7. Then, on a cold night, I locked myself out of my apartment and they claimed they “don’t assist with lockouts after hours” leaving me out in 50° weather to figure it out. So if you move here: know once you sign those papers, and if anything happens, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. SAD.
Front desk ladies aren’t trained in customer service, they’re very rude and unhelpful. Walls are thin, you will hear music and tv through your walls.
I loved staying at Cambria. Apartments are very clean and well kept. Maintenance was excellent. Brenda and Hilda are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend these apartments and I give it a two thumbs up. Sincerely, Yvette Soto
