This is a great place to live. Been here for over a year and love it here. The units are renovated and they are working on getting the whole place upgraded. The maintenance team is excellent at responding quick and efficiently.

This is the noisiest apartment I’ve ever lived in. Despite claims of improved sound insulation during renovations, you can hear every step from upstairs neighbors, along with constant creaking from the upstairs flooring. Replacing carpet with LVP flooring upstairs only amplifies the noise, causing it to echo and reverberate throughout the unit. While the complex looks nice and is in a great location, it’s vastly overpriced for what you actually get. The “luxury” renovations were clearly done on a budget. For instance, the LVP flooring was installed poorly, with visible gaps between the baseboards and the flooring. Additionally, outlet fixtures behind appliances are not the correct size, further highlighting the shoddy workmanship. On the bright side, the office staff is friendly, maintenance is responsive, and there’s ample parking.

We have been living here for over 5 1/2 months and love it. The newly updated apartments are awesome. They are working to update the whole community and can't wait to see how everything turns out. The maintenance is excellent at getting things done fast. The office staff have been freatvin working with us when we moved in, especially Nick. There have been others, but am bad with names, and can only remember his name. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience smooth move in process quick cox connect but they had to come out I have lived in 3 separate apartments here and have nothing but good things to say about the office, neighbors are kind and caring. Sense of community, which starts with the office which are doing great! Maintenance was quick and easy fixed the first time. Validated my concerns and amended them. Great community lots of kids and they love dogs. I love that about this place.

The staff and management have been great I have lived here for over a year now and any time we have an issue that get things done. When my ac went out I called Nick and let him know the ac people were in the complex and he sent them to check it out. and they said we needed a new one the very next day they were putting a new one on. Nick is a great manager, and staff.

San Tierra is located in a very desirable neighborhood and everything a person needs is right around the corner. Unfortunately, as with everything, it is old and in need of renovation. Overall, my experience has been positive and that is because of the management staff and the maintenance team.

Thank you very much for your feedback. One of our biggest conveniences is that we are centrally located with access to healthcare, transit, and groceries needs and much more are all within a 15 minute drive.
This is actually my third year at San Tierra. The staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. The residents are friendly respect your privacy. I would definitely recommend San Tierra to anyone.

I originally moved in as management was changing over so a lot of things got let undone unfortunately, but once the new office manager was aware of these things he made it a point to get everything that was left undone fixed. I am thoroughly happy with the results.

I moved into San Tierra about four years ago. It is a great place to live! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are quick to respond to any request, maintenance or otherwise. They have activities for any and all who want to participate. The grounds and amenities are kept clean and well maintained.

It is a good community to leave in as per the location. It falls under the Kyrene school district, and the school has a good rating. But, the apartment is very old and it has a low floor height. Most of the units are not renovated. Lots of issues with the maintenance.
I do like the community a lot. Its close to the things I need and nice and quiet when I'm home. It's just what I was looking for coming down here for a temporary stay for work.
Overall a nice and clean complex with speedy maintenance service when requested.
San Tierra made move in and application process easy and smooth. Pamela from the leasing office is very friendly and knowledgeable (Im sure everyone is but she is primarily the person we spoke with).
I love the location and how it is tucked away in a residential area right next to a park. The leasing staff were wonderful- they answered the phone every time I called and made it super easy to move in. So far we have loved it here! Our apartment is beautiful with lots of natural light!
Management is friendly and professional for the most part. Maintenance is timely and responsive. A lot of the residents are friendly and neat as well.

I live in a zoo. The staff are ghosts they are never around. They are not in their office. And they do not call you back. You might be wondering why I said this place was a zoo. Thats because people zoom around the parking lot going 1000 miles an hour looking for parking spots.

The place is old and run down and SUCKS! I hate to see if I had to live in this dump full time. I would have broke my lease with in the first two months. AC is important as well as hot showers. The dish washer took 6 months to fix only after it was leaking and pulling up the flooring was anything done.
Not a happy place to live anymore, very tense and uncomfortable. Nothing goes on here anymore to make us feel like a community, just a place to live now

I moved to the area from the East Coast. I have loved the community, everyone is friendly and nice. The individuals in the office have been welcoming, friendly and understanding of any issues that come up.
Its too early to tell if I will like it. I was promised an updated apartment-and definitely didnt get that. Now I have to wait for stainless steel appliances to be ordered. I didnt get the updated cabinets or flooring. I have seen other Grey Star properties that were kept up a lot better.
San Tierra has made it so easy for my family and I to move in. From applying online, to signing the lease, and right down to moving in, everything has been so easy, and the office staff is so incredibly helpful everything step of the way! I have never had an easier experience, nor an awesome one. When requesting the need for something to be fixed, maintenance shows up immediately the next day! The thing I love the most so far, is the office staff. They are so kind, helpful, and very approachable, and that is a big deal to me! Thank you San Tierra!
