      North Kissimmee is filled with entertainment for residents and tourists. If you’re looking for shopping, dining, carnival rides and more, then check out Old Town. The old-timey carnival rides and classic car shows are great attractions to the area. Popular dining spots for entertainment are Capone’s Dinner and Show and Medieval Times. Capone’s is a 30’s Chicago-themed dinner theater that is a wonderful source for entertainment near Lake Cecile. Medieval Times offers a dining experience while watching a theatrical jousting match in a castle-like venue.

      Family-friendly spots are all around town, including Congo River Golf, an adventure-themed mini-golf course with waterfalls and gator feedings.       Ive been here less than a week & I cant wait to leave already. The apartment was turned over to me with a grocery list of problems. Lease staff is overwhelmed & under staffed. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone to move into especially for the prices theyre charging

      STAY AWAY

      As soon as I moved into this apartment, I started counting down the days before I could move out. The first time I walked into the apartment it smelled musty, the carpets were still wet and the door was wet with paint from maintenance trying to get it ready literally moments before I got my keys. There were many issues with the apartment that should have been noticed and fixed before someone else moved in... like our rotting baseboards, for example. We had many issues that we submitted to maintenance as soon as we moved in and some of them weren't even fixed by the time we moved out a year later. We had rotting baseboards, lightbulbs that needed to be changed, our freezer handle was coming off, both of the drawers in our fridge were broken, loose toilet seats, we had carpet coming up, and I had anthills forming in my closet. We believe that there was mold all throughout the apartment and the water quality was bad. While living at The Vinyards, we always felt like we had sniffly noses and the water made us feel itchy. We have a water filter and I started noticing that it was filtering out actual grains of dirt and sand which is not normal. On top of everything else, we also ended up having plumbing issues. My toilet started leaking and when maintenance came to fix it he just flushed it and said "It looks fine to me" and didn't do anything... Later I came home to a completely flooded bathroom. Meanwhile, my roommates toilet started to sound like it was growling then toilet water exploded all over her bathroom. She called the office to tell them and was then told that our building was having sewage issues and that it was being worked on (something we feel like we should have gotten and email about). Later, I noticed my bathroom still smelled like sewage water even after I had cleaned my floor very well after it had flooded. I pulled back my shower curtain to find actual sewage in my bathtub. IT WAS SO DISGUSTING. All in all, living here was an awful experience. The apartment itself was filthy, we didn't feel safe, and maintenance was useless. I would highly recommend NOT LIVING HERE.

      We have lived here for a month now and so far we love it! Our unit had all vinyl flooring put in before we moved in. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Everything was clean upon move in with the exception of previous wall damage and damage from pets (that had been patched and painted) we didnt notice anything super important that was wrong.

      I do not recommend anyone moving into this community,although I am in contract and I cannot leave until my lease is over ,had I known or if I had to I would not move back here my leasing agent is terrible she has no idea what shes talking about Ive been running around all over the place trying to move in and its been a week that I have been there and her communication skills are horrible I am constantly the one reaching out to her in regards of everything and on top of that Im getting charge for trash yet no one comes to by to pick up the trash

      This community has been amazing! All of the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They grounds are well kept. Maintenance makes sure to take care of work orders in timely manners and has never needed to re enter my apartment for any reason. They are very professional and truly care about their residents!       My experience since move in has been awful. My unit was not move in ready as I signed all docs and applied a MONTH before move in yet was far from ready. Issues that I had back then are still recurring. Not satisfied and have no intent to renew any future leases. I got sucked into a 15 mo lease as this was the only lease option and it was the worse mistake !

      If you are looking for somewhere to start this is the place but not stay too long. They take their time with the maintenance request and they only do cover ups until it gets broken again so they can charge you afterwards. When I first moved in it used to be calm but not anymore and there are always cops around.

      They don't care about their residents. If your AC, refrigerator, kitchen supplies or any other saftey issue or concern you have in this so called community, you HAVE to wait 4 5 days. If you need emergency maintenance work in your apartment their first response will be after 5 days. The place absolutely NOT to reccomend.

      We have once had a good loving office management and a property management that do care of the residence request plus maintenance but they were they would not treated fairly but they were doing their job.       Probably one of the better places to live in Kissimmee. Safe. Clean. Very handy for the shops. Fairly short commute to Orlando. Very punctual and friendly maintenance crew. Price for what I get is acceptable.
