Cadence Crossing

This is a money hungry apartment complex, they are also infested, the staff also has an attitude as well…. Not worth the money.

Madeline and Damaris at the leasing office were great, friendly and very personable!! The community is nice and close to local shops. The apartment I was shown was upgraded (BIG PLUS), very spacious with walk-in closets, and had washer and dryer (another BIG PLUS)!

I live in this housing complex is my third renewal contract, and so far had not had any complaint. However I am presenting a bad experician I have about 2 weeks that I am flooding the bathroom and it is dirty and I still have not solved the problem I can not use them and I have three children. Therefore I can not recommend this site.

I recently moved here from NY. The office staff are amazing until you become a resident, after that don’t expect them to answer your calls. They never fix anything. Since I’ve moved in a couple of months ago, my apartment has flooded about 5 times, and don’t bother calling maintenance, they’ll never show up, they refuse to move me into another apartment and no one has done anything about it. On top of the flooding my apartment recently and randomly became infested with roaches and water bugs, which they also did nothing about. I clean daily just to make sure i don’t get roaches, and one night i just get ambushed by them. All they care about is receiving their rent....... please save yourself the headache and stress and just pay a little more and go elsewhere. The affordable price isn’t worth it.

I am giving a one because there is nothing less, stayyy away this place was beautiful 2 years ago with he old management company. the moisture in the apartment is unbearable , the property is dirty, the management at the office dont give a crap about the tenants, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. people leave garbage outside their door, tenants have large dogs that snare at you when you pass hem and the gym equipment does not work STAY AWAY

I moved in January, absolutely love it here,highly recommend. Very quite, love my neighbors and community. Staff is always willing to help.

I just want to say thank you to Ely & the Maintenance crew. I moved in the beginning of March and since then I have no complaints. It is very quiet, clean, close to the highway, and shopping areas. I spend weekends at the pool w my parents and my nephew and they love it. The pool area is always super clean. Overall I LOVE MY NEW HOME. The best apartment complex I lived in thus far.

First I want to say thanks to Sean and his staff for the pride they take in the service and the quality of there work . Very prompt and courteous with a smile. The landscape is beautiful and this place is what we wish all communities would be like. Great job guys and I will always be proud to call cadence crossing my home

Being a college student here in Orlando Cadence Crossing was one of my choices to live with my roommates. It's a decent sized apartment and has good privacy. The complex is very simple and easy to navigate. Cadence Crossing is quiet and suitable for any age range. It is located centrally of many attractions and is not far from grocery stores. The pool is nice. The parking is a little tight but it serves it's purpose. For being a new resident of Orlando and Cadence Crossing, I like it. It made the move a little more easy.

First let me say that I gave a 4 only because a 4.5 is not an option. I will keep it simple. The awesome side of Cadence far outweighs the downside, so I will start there. The awesome things are the following: Super friendly front office people, you almost feel that they are friends v.s. management. The actual apartments are super spacious, nice decor, and clean. The closets are huge, I could literally turn one of them into a small office if I wanted and the other things in the apartment (microwave, cabinets, in unit washer/dryer) are all brand new. The amenities are also very nice, the pool is beautiful and the workout room although small gets the job done. The computer room is nice also, although I rarely use it and they even have cookies and coffee and daily basis, who can't love that. Overall, it's an ideal residence in that they have the key three C's; comfort, cleanliness, and courteous. Now for the not so awesome, which truly is not that bad at all. They are in a convenient location as far as close to the airport. So if you travel often, they are great, it's a quick 10 minute ride. There is also a couple grocery stores and major retailers (walmart, Publix, etc) within 5 - 7 minutes. That said, my only wish, which is not really a complaint, is that it's not a walkable neighborhood in terms of cafe's or diners or local bars. It's a totally safe neighborhood but if you are like me (young professional) you can't just walk down the street to a cafe or bar to meet the locals. However, to be fair, that can probably be said about most of Orlando. Finally, my only real gripe, if you will, is that you have to sometimes ask more than once to get things done. That may be more of a reflection on the maintenance people than the apartment management themselves. If something goes wrong, which is rare, they put in the orders but the maintenance people take a couple days to actually follow up. If you call back a couple times, then and only then will they come the same day. So, if you are looking for an awesome place to call home, that is near perfect, then cadence is your place. Just remember to follow up on any work orders that you put in. Good Luck on your hunt!!

I have lived here 2 years. Overall management and maintenance are there when needed and do not bother you when not needed. It is quiet and safe.

To start in a new city and new state is scary but to find a place willing to work with you are special the place is nice people are friendly and grounds are well kept a very nice place to live
