These apartments are absolutely lovely to live in! The pool and cook-out area is beautiful and relaxing to hang out. They also frequently have small parties and get-togethers to enjoy!

After living at Butternut Ridge for 8 yrs I can say I have been extremely happy! The management and maintenance staff are the BEST! The pool and club house make you feel like you're at a resort!

It's been a great experience, and I am very happy to live here. Management and maintenance are friendly, and caring about anything needing assistance. They are also always quick to respond no matter what the ask is. Thumbs up all around!

My son recently rented an apartment on a short term lease for his summer internship in Cleveland. Living at Butternut Ridge was a wonderful experience for him! The office staff was Fantastic! Incredibly responsive and helpful with coordination of move-in and very helpful with sharing resources in the area since he was coming from out of state. The two times he had small maintenance issues, they had someone there almost immediately. The Apartment was very clean upon move-in and the complex is in a safe and convenient area. Would not hesitate to rent from Butternut Ridge again!!

I chose Butternut because of its close proximity to the freeway and to downtown for my job. But the real perks have been the super fun resident events the staff put on! I’m coming up on my 2nd year here and I have seen flyers for events every single month. A few weeks ago the staff even cooked us all hamburgers and hot dogs on the grills by the pool! What a treat to come home and be catered to! I just love living somewhere that obviously cares about their renters!

From the moment I toured with Jessica I knew I would be living here at Butternut! Who could resist this beautiful pool area???? Been here for about 6 weeks now and very happy I went with my gut. Office staff has been great and maintenance is always friendly! I love it here!

A special shoutout to Jessica in the leasing office who truly went above and beyond to ensure my move-in process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her friendliness and responsiveness made a world of difference. She was always available to answer my questions, provide detailed information, and assist with any concerns I had. The entire leasing office staff at Butternut Ridge is incredible. It's clear they genuinely care about their residents and go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. The community itself is fantastic, with well-maintained facilities and beautiful surroundings. I’m thrilled to call Butternut Ridge my home and look forward to enjoying all the wonderful amenities and the friendly neighborhood vibe. I’ve lived in apartments my whole life. Been through plenty of management teams and such. These people are so welcoming and fun. They’re always putting together events for the residents, any maintenance is prompt and the facilities are so nice. I never want to leave!

There are so many reasons to love living here. The pool and exercise facilities are clean, current, and well maintained. The staff know almost all the residents by name. The maintenance staff are attentive and quick to take care of any issues. The apartments are large and having a washer and dryer in unit is a huge plus. My family has been here for about 3 years and have loved our experience. It is hard to leave a place that has been made to feel like a community and home.

I lived here for 3 years and I am sad to leave! My job is taking me out of state and I wish I could take Butternut Ridge with me. The amenities are the best that I’ve ever had after living in 4 complexes, the staff is incredible and living here doesn’t seem like you’re in a GIANT complex, the smaller buildings make it feel more townhome like and a lot less risk of noisy neighbors. Maintenance by far is the best, Robb, Sage, Seth and Brandon are so responsive, helpful and hardworking. If I ever move back to Cleveland area this will be my first choice!

I'm in my second stint at this complex and couldn't be happier. Facilities are great and the people in the leasing office are fantastic and extremely helpful. Jessica went above and beyond to help me get set up with the paperwork and make as smooth of a transition in as possible. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Very nice ladies in the office and the maintenance team is awesome. Amenities are awesome - 24/7 fitness center, nice size pool with cabanas and fire pits, also has a new dog park! I recommend living here!

Units are OLD, they tried to update, but it is still lipstick on a pig. The garbage area is ALWAYS a mess, as some of the lower class tenants cannot open the door to the garbage compactor. They have been doing improvements to the units - paint and black top, which was a HUGE inconvenience - and I am not being overly picky, but at least have a plan for parking. Great location near the highway, and the pool and workout room are nice, but I would not recommend.

We lived here for a year and it was honestly a nightmare. While they do keep the grounds clean and keep up the illusion of a perfect place to rent, its a sham. When we originally went to do a viewing the management staff was late and then throughout the walkthrough, she complained about particular residents and also complained about the pets and the damage they do. She was very unpleasant and pushy about us immediately signing paperwork and never mentioned the additional maintenance fees they charge you with or the very frequent check-ins they do in your home when you're not there. A particular incident was when our supposedly new windows were leaking cold air and the maintenance men walked into our apartment without notifying us while I was home alone and showering. I complained to the front office and they told me that they'd handle it but nothing ever happened after, no apology issued or anything. The management is awful overall, we had several window leaks/water leaks/terrible downstairs neighbors and everytime we ever needed to handle anything with the front office, the manager was cruel and acted as if she despised helping her PAYING residents. Don't fall for the illusion of how nice the place looks. Living here will be awful and you will pay thousands to break your lease. You will never see your deposit back and you will never have privacy or safety. There are plenty of other places to choose from.

I have been at the complex for 8 years now and have had three different units, 2 by choice and 1 caused by the updating of the property. The property has had it's ups and downs, but on the average, this is a great place to live! The key to living at this property is communication, stop in at the front office, make your issues known and the management WILL make it right! The front office has always stepped up to meet my needs and I am a very demanding renter! Stop in and talk to them and you will not be disapointed!

We've been here for 4 years and the first 2 years were great. The leasing agent we worked with at the time was named Maria and she was fantastic. Very informative, very pleasant, and really made us feel like home. Once she, Amber (the other leasing agent), and the property manager Tara, left everything started going down hill. Our 3rd year, there was a new property manager and agents. Six months after that, there were new agents. Six months after that, a new property manager, and six months after that, you guessed it, new agent. Their prices are RIDICULOUS for the service we receive. With the ever changing weather our roads in the complex are constantly terrible. I see plows from time to time but they never seem to do the job. And trying to get a sidewalk plowed?! Nope. You're constantly slipping and sliding where ever you go. Parking is atrocious. Cars will be parked illegally, but nothing will get done about it. They're not enough parking spots for the amount of residents who live here. The leasing office doesn't communicate with each other. We had our garage reprogrammed THREE, count them THREE different times in the span of 2 months and when we finally got our current garage, they still programmed it wrong. We renewed our lease until the spring of 2018 with the property manager in October and we received a call today from an agent (1/15) if we wanted to renew... Do NOT waist your money here.

Location is great. Units are a little basic. In summer they are very humid. It feels like living in a basement unit.

Good area and pretty quiet but the apartments are not up to par at all. The outside is decent but the inside of the units are In need of updates-really cheap and dated materials. They are also overpriced. On the up aside the layouts are pretty spacious and some come with unique features like loft areas, patios and sunrooms.
