Comfy cozy, two bedroom, one bath apartments in the sweetest of communities. Our tenants stay a significant amount of time, some up to seven years, and look after each other. We even have Christmas lights! The Rushmore mall is very close as well as the two main movie theaters. There is a very large, conveniently located convenience store and gas station very close by. Entrance to the interstate is less than a quarter of a mile away making access to all of town including the hospital, grocery stores, civic center, schools and downtown quick and easy.
