This place is incredible! The staff is responsive and the maintenance crew does great work! The building is always clean and in beautiful shape inside and out! The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room, it truly feels like a home. I would recommend this place to anybody. Great community, location & people!

The management and staff are friendly, honest, responsible, efficient and accountable which is everything you want in renting a place. Management is very responsive and maintenance crew is quick and does a great job. Great location with everything you need and a safe neighborhood. Please let them show you around to see if this is the place for you! My experience has been great since my tour and move-in.

I rent a 2 bedroom apartment here. The common areas are spotless, the few times I've made a minor maintenance request they have been at my door to fix the problem by the next day. My neighbors are friendly and the building is quiet. Pet friendly and a nice parking lot.

Debbie has been very hospitable and helpful also the maintenance, the longest it’s taken for them to respond for a request was an hour at 6 am on a Saturday very fast and professional. Cannot recommend these apartments enough!

The building is nice, clean and well maintained. It’s a pretty quiet building too. Property manager is very quick to respond to requests as well as the maintenance staff is fast to show up!

I’ve lived here since 2020. Butterfield towers is safe and the neighbors and friendly! Onsite staff very respectful and helpful. Highly recommend!

Apartment sizes are larger than most apartment buildings and staff is great!

A resident for over 6 years I'm still glad to be living at Butterfield Towers apartments in Elmhurst, IL. On-site staff is warm and responsive. The apartment is comfortable with large rooms and a good sized patio for lots of sunny plants creating a great "hang spot". Pricing is reasonable as is the underground parking option. A nice feature especially in our crazy cold winters. Location is convenient to just about anywhere you want to go with snack, groceries, banking and fast food options within easy walking distance. And the Ace hardware across the street is a super helpful with friendly folks - as the ads say!

This aparment has an amazing view and lighting coming from outside. Really big bedrooms. Love the kitchen and bathrooms! Truly recommend!!

We couldn’t be more pleased with Butterfield Towers! The condo style apartments are spacious and well kept. Grounds are taken care of and the interior is clean! They even replace the light bulbs for you! Many friends say it feels like a fancy hotel when they visit. :) Best of all, the building residents are friendly and considerate. Laurie W

This apartment is a comfy, clean, calm apartment. The aparment has a great lighting from the outside, bathrooms are really nice. Kitchen is New and big. In general, the whole apartment is beautiful and comfy. Nearby there are gas stations, supermarkets, banks, hospital and restaurants.All of these makes the dream apartment.

Well maintained and managed apartment. The common areas are always clean and neat. There are grocery store, gas station and fast foods near by. Each rooms is very spacious and has a lot of storage! There is a storage room out side of apartment. Also there is a bike store room in 1st floor. The apartment managers are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy to live here!

The folks here in Butterfield are very responsive, helpful, and understanding. The location is great and quite affordable relatively. Only issue is the finite amount of 1 bedroom apartments, which should tell how well they treat their tenants.

Spacious apartments , fast responding friendly staff, very secure and safe ! Two bathrooms and huge balcony with gorgeous views! Generous closet sizes, grounds well maintained, plenty of parking and a lovely party room / lounge area , I highly recommend Butterfield towers !

I highly recommend Butterfield Towers in Elmhurst. The management and maintenance are always prompt and responsive to all requests and repairs. The property is meticulously maintained and so beautiful in summer months. My family and I have been tenants a couple years now and are very happy here.

I was a little nervous for apartment life outside of school but Butterfield towers has made the transition smooth! The place is very clean and taken care of daily. They truly care for their residents and show appreciation in many ways. My favorite memory is when they brought breakfast for residents in the party room. The apartment itself is beautiful.

We have been living in Butterfield Towers Elmhurst for awhile and it has been great! They are very responsive to maintenance requests, pest-free apartments, modernized, with lots of storage space. Very close to supermarket, banks, fast food, and highways. We are really enjoying the experience of living here!

The management and maintenance staff are amazing and are always willing and available to help. The building is always taken care of and the community itself provides a welcoming environment. Any issue I had here has been responded to promptly. That's not common anywhere. The area is great. They accept even large dogs here. So, the price and size of the apartment was hard to beat. The neighbors that I chat up in the laundry room sometimes are also very friendly. Everyone is respectful of everyone else's laundry. My apartment was renovated before I moved in. So, the management is obviously interested in keeping tenants around.
