My daughter is renting an apartment here and it’s the perfect size for her for her first ever apartment. However, there is a cigarette smell so strong we cough every time. I’ve asked her if they cleaned the walls or vents or carpet before she moved in and she said she paid to get the carpets cleaned herself to try and get the smell out. What’s even more concerning is her dishwasher is filled with black mold and water and won’t drain and it’s unhealthy to breathe that or live around it. She has called and keeps getting the runaround.
