The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Burton’s Crossing Townhomes
Everything started well, we called management and talked about the apartment, they gave all the necessary information, and later we called each other a couple more times to make sure everything is going well. We made an appointment and told them that we live in another state and it would take 6 hours to get there, they told us not to worry and that they would meet us on time. we prepared all the necessary documents, copies of which we were told to bring in order to immediately sign the agreemen. We drove there for 6 hours, arrived at the townhouse indicated to us at the indicated time, there was another family who had already rented this townhouse. Management didn’t come and stopped answering the phone, didn’t answer emails, we been there for several hours and no one came to us and they simply ignored us.We had to literally find a new apartment in an hour and immediately sign an agreement, since we arrived there only for one day, and were already fully expecting to move to Burton’s Crossing Townhomes.
