Good so far. Keep it up. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful place to live. Maintenance is quick and attentive. This has been 9 months since living here and I love it.
We love Bull Run! Keely is the best property manager and always so helpful. It’s a wonderful, quiet community. We can not say enough good things about Bull Run!
Just moved in. Can't say enough great things about Kaylie, Kim & Erik in the leasing office. They were very communicative & jumped right in resolving a few minor concerns. Our place was spotless at move in, which made settling in so much easier. Looking forward to enjoying our new home!
Bull Run has been one of the best living experiences for my family! The neighborhood is quiet and accommodating to our lifestyle. Amenities are clean and useful -- pool is great, the outdoor kitchen puts the "fun" in functional, the gym is spotless, and the social activities are always well catered. Any service requests are responded to quickly, professionally, and resolved with no inconvenience to me. We are so close to major highways and shopping, it makes life and commuting easy. Thanks to the leasing staff for all they do to make this a great place to live.
We absolutely love our new home at bull run. The team before and during move in were so great. The place looked almost new when we moved in. We are so excited about this new home for us.

I just moved in, but so far everything is great! I have a few service requests in but they are being taken care of! The office manager is very thorough and gets to know the residents which I really appreciate.
I’ve been living in this townhome apartment for a month now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. One of the standout features is the thoughtfully designed floor plan. The 9 foot ceiling and layout feels open and spacious, with kitchen areas that flow well together without feeling cramped. The bedrooms are generously sized and positioned to maximize both comfort and separation. Unlike many apartment complexes where noise easily travels between units, this townhome offers a more residential, peaceful atmosphere. The walls are well-insulated, and with no neighbors above or below, there’s very little foot traffic noise. Each unit has its own entrance, giving it the feel of a standalone home rather than a typical apartment. Additionally, having a private patio or small yard area has been a bonus – it’s a great spot to relax or get some fresh air without leaving home.
Started out fine until concerns come up that are NOT addressed by property management; too expensive to live here for management to be passive. Poorly built construction, insect issues are a constant problem and noisy neighbors. You can hear a lot in these townhomes so it’s almost like living in an apartment; definitely not worth the money. If you don’t like outside bugs getting in your living space regularly, this is definitely not the place for you - too many open entryways due to poor construction. If you don’t like being disturbed by your neighbors while asleep, this is not the place for you. There are better townhomes that give you a real townhome living.

Love Bull Run! The community is great. The staff is wonderful. Neighbors are awesome. Definitely a place you can call home. So glad we found it!
It doesn't get better than Bull Run. It's quiet and calm. The professional staff goes above and beyond to have a headache free living experience. It's a great space with nice touches (like quiet close cabinets and drawers) that make it so pleasant. Close to major highways, close to major retail, medical, etc. Once you're here, you never want to leave.
The best! Hagan Property staff have been amazing and so thoughtful during the winter months with salting our driveway and our front door area.
Beautiful new construction. Open floor plan with a very clean yet warm feel. Great location with a friendly office staff. Solidly built, cannot hear attached neighbors or when someone is moving around upstairs.

The homes are very nice, up-to-date with modern amenities, mostly carpet free. The neighborhood is quiet. Staff is excellent to work with. The manager addresses concerns immediately and maintenance has been prompt with any corrections.
Bull run is nice, but the price does not match the value. Much better off at their sister property in terms of amenities. The ones here were built for a much smaller community for some reason.
What a great place to live. Staff is friendly, professional, and takes care of any concerns quickly. Very quiet community with great amenities. Close to express ways - 264, 64, and Snyder. Great shopping and food choices. Common grounds are clean and well taken care of.
We have enjoyed our stay thus far. The office management is very professional. Any concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. The townhome feels like home.
We have loved this property even before we moved in. Kaily is a wonderful property manager and she makes the whole move process so easy. We finally decided to come in the summer and glad we did. Everything is as it looks and even better in person.
The facilities are decently nice but consistently having some problem or another with the water fountain not working for a few days at the gym and various repairs needing to be taken care of including a leaky sink which was not fixed for 2 days. Additionally, there are multiple pet owners who have repeatedly let their dogs outside without a leash despite multiple conversations with them to leash their dogs. Our dog was attacked and bit and there were still no changes. The amenities are nice and the location is convenient.
While the overall experience is “luxury” due to the high ceilings, open concept, and extra details such as leather granite and fireplaces, the build is cheap and was done kind of poorly. The pool is small, the dog park is small, and it seems that the entire community was thrown together in a rush rather than being well thought out. In my opinion, these are not worth their price point at all. The only amenity that turned out functional, was the gym and that’s not saying much.

With larger properties, you will often find a larger pool and other amenities to accommodate more residents. In fact, we have fenced in patios and doggy doors, which most other communities don't have. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed, however we are proud of the small community feel that we bring to the area! We hope you enjoy your home and amenity spaces exclusive to Bull Run Townhomes.
This is a Beautiful Community that feels like home. Privacy is a positive feature for us, as we enjoy the fenced in yard for our small dogs.

The place is amazing!! High quality fixtures and little touches that really enhances the experience of living here. Staff has been super helpful and assisted greatly in moving in. Spacious townhome closely positioned to major traffic arteries yet gives a real suburban feel. Very quiet.
