Lake Park is a small suburban town on the north side of Riviera Beach and just minutes from West Palm. The rental market in town is dominated by single-family houses, with a few apartments and condos in the mix as well (including several upscale units along the waterfront).
Northlake Boulevard and Federal Highway are lined with shopping centers, restaurants, and neighborhood pubs as thy run along the edges of the city, while Park Avenue near the center of town is home to a more eclectic blend of niche venues like record stores, art galleries, and the popular Kelsey Theater.
Easy access to the water makes boating and fishing major pastimes among the locals, and of course a day at the beach is only a short drive away anytime.
