Ozone Park is a large, mostly residential neighborhood in southwest Queens. Many New Yorkers know this area as the home of Aqueduct Racetrack, aka “The Big A,” which sits on the eastern edge of Ozone Park and serves as a major attraction and employer for this section of the borough.
The community borders Brooklyn to the west, and offers easy access to JFK Airport to the east and Rockaway Beach to the south. The rental market on Ozone Park is relatively diverse and affordable, with a range of apartments, condos, houses, and townhomes often going for under $2,000 per month. With multiple subway stations in the neighborhood, getting around the city is a breeze—Penn Station is only 45 minutes away via the A train.
