They are now ready for move in (09/01/2024) with only a couple units left. This complex is (NOT) HUD type and no utilities are included in the rent. You must pay electric, water, sewage and any cable/internet if desired. There is one exception trash service is included in the rent! This is the nicest and newest rental property in the Buckhannon area. Pets are welcome but number and types are at the approval of the Landlords. All new kitchen appliances (stainless steel) included. Also, large washer and dryer included on second floor. Each unit has two designated exterior parking spots and monitored exterior security cameras. 2 bedrooms (Interior Units) - $1250.00 per month/$1250.00 deposit - 1130 sq.ft. Tenants are obligated for paying their own electric, water, sewage, cable, and internet. We also require rental insurance which is very reasonably priced and we have a local company we can recommend to make the process easy. Each living unit has two designated parking spots in front of your particular living unit with extra parking in a designated area for visitors only. One year lease with application required for our review/approval. Each pet is an extra $25.00 per month and NO additional deposit required. Buckhannon is a small city just 40 minutes from Clarksburg. This beautiful suburban town is best known for its thriving arts scene and the town is extremely supportive. To keep the artistic spirit alive the town plans to incorporate 50 public art displays and nine have been completed so far. There are multiple spaces dedicated to the arts and there are over 10 arts organizations in town. Fittingly, Buckhannon is home to West Virginia Wesleyan College and the College of Arts and Music is very involved in the community, hosting events through the year.
Of course, many attractions and activities in town are centered on creativity. Watch a play by the Buckhannon Community Theatre or learn how to square dance to live music at the Opera House, an old renovated theater turned entertainment venue.
