New Tenant! I loved this place from the moment I toured it. Fatima was the one that helped me and a long with Amber who helped me tour a second time. Fatima and Amber are great! They answered all my questions and helped my move in be seamless. I have been living here now for 10 days and I have no complaints. One of my favorite things is that the building gets cleaned everyday! The amenities are top tier. And the events are great! Love it here!!!

Disappointing Tour Experience: Lacked Professionalism and Thoroughness I arrived at 3 pm as planned, but I wasn’t even provided with the name of the leasing agent. The tour felt rushed and incomplete; I didn’t get a chance to see a model unit, and several amenities were not shown to me. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the process. The property could definitely benefit from more knowledgeable and professional agents to improve the overall experience for future potential renters.

maintenance request The worker was polite, efficient and very helpful. He explained the issue and showed me how to correct it. However, he did not have on any identifying clothing or anything to indicate he worked for BRYKS. In this climate we are in it is important to have company identifiers such as logos, badges, etc. Otherwise, there was no issues whatsoever. Now that I've met him I will know who he is around the property.

Property Charges Guest for Overnight Stays The property is nice and clean. Price moderate. Amenities were nice. There is an extra charge for some of them. Overall nice. The staff was very nice. Disappointed in guest needing to pay to stay over. Seems excessive of outside of the city.
