I have been living here for 2 years and honestly I can not thank the new management enough for getting my work orders done in a timely manner.They even call you back to see if the work was completed right.The grounds and laundry are the cleanest I have ever seen them. They have been working on the pool and it is looking good. I cant wait for it to open.Great job Guys!
I was in need of immediate housing once moving to Edmond. I stopped by Bryant Grove with all my paperwork, deposit, app and app fee, and when I say the staff made me feel like #1 because they jumped on my paperwork before I even left the office.. Long story short I was signiing my lease and getting keys within a few days!! LOVE BRYANT GROVE FOR MAKING ME A "PRIORITY"
I just moved in in February. The staff was and has been nothing but helpful. My two bedroom is so big and me and my girls are loving it here. I definitively will renew. Thanks Gail for getting me into my new home so fast. Lisa Rodgers
Bryant Grove has had quite a few changes in the last 6 years. I could not be more pleased in the direction they are going to. The grounds are nice and clean and the staff is really friendly. They need more workers to get work orders done quicker.The laundry room is clean and even though they accept dogs there is not a bunch of piles everywhere. They are adding new items inside the apartments and making roof repairs too. This has been needed for a while but at least they are getting it done. I have enjoyed my apartment and every manager along the way.I plan to be here for many years to come. I could not be happier.

I've been a tenant here for 10 years. Pros -Right in the center of the city with access to anything and everything. -Safe,not really tranquil but could be worse. -If you enjoy mixing with people of different nationalities,then you'll like it here due to the proximity to the university. -And personally,the cost is fair especially for the city. -Pool onsite and laundry room. Cons -In the past maintenance response has been lacking,but there's a new one now so fingers crossed. -Having a mostly college crowd can be a lot to bare. with noise and parties. -Lots of pet waste on the compound. The complex works if you are unable to afford the higher priced ones around. But don't have a lot of expectations.
