Peaceful & Good Quality
I have lived at Brookwood for a year now, and I am so glad I moved here! The management is very responsive to any needs, the in-unit washer/dryer is a big plus, and the whole environment is clean and peaceful. I have recommended these apartments to many friends who are looking to move!

Great place to live
I have lived at Brookwood for a couple of years now. It’s a nice quiet, and safe place to live. It’s well maintenance. Landscaping is always a joy to see, and the Christmas lights on the clubhouse are my favorite. Maintenance is always done in a timely matter. I’m always amazed how quick and sufficient it gets done. The office manager and maintenance staff are very kind. I have no complaints about Brookwood apartments. Overall a great place to live!

Quiet and Safe
I lived in many different apartments in this area and this is one of the best. It is a small complex that has excellent and prompt maintenance. The management staff is efficient and fair. Most importantly the complex is peaceful and safe.

Hidden Gem
This is the best hidden gem. The apartment manager is the epitome of professionalism and integrity. The apartments are clean and updated.The complex is beautiful and quiet. If I have any concerns management is always willing to help in a timely manner. I feel save and honored to call this home.

Great Coice
I have lived in Brookwood for two years now and out of the four different apartments I've lived it this is by far the best. The property is always very taking care of! There are always pretty flowers planted and the parking lots are always plowed and snow free! Also the apartments are all remodeled so everything; appliances, floors, cabinets, etc. are nice! The neighbors are quite and friendly amd lastly I very much enjoy that maintenance concerns are taken care of very fast. I always get mine taken care of the day I call. If your looking for a nice, quite, and affordable apartment, I highly suggest Brookwood!
