Quick service Service was done quickly as required, well done.……………….
Kitchen sink/ice maker The faut on the kitchen sink is still loose Maintenance tighten it and it was tight for a couple of days but, began loose again. Maintenance came and adjusted the timer but it still is making very little ice.
Fair service Responder arrived quickly. However one portion of the job has not been complete. “Missing replacement carpet.”

April of 2018 I was new to Georgia and I needed a place to live. I went to Brookstone Apartments and the entire staff was very accommodating, supportive and friendly. I love my apartment and I love the way the staff responded to to any requests that I had. Brookstone runs a very professional office. The environment is always friendly. The grounds are always clean and the environmental crew is always willing to provide you with the best service. I would recommend anyone to give Brookstone a chance to provide them with their new apartment. Linda Howard
Damaged appliances never fix any of the many issues with the plumbing. I've had constant work orders that only temporarily fix the issue than 4 months later we're back at it again. Our satisfaction is not a priority here. I was told today by an employee that they would be open till 5 today, I show up around 4:10 lights are off and they've gone home this is the third time this has happened. I would not recommend this horrible ran apartment to anyone.
This places is not worth the money. Had mold in my apartment for over 3 months and management took forever to handle the situation until I took pics and blasted it on social media.
I recently just moved to Brookstone Apartments and the experience has been great thus far! Breanna provided amazing assistance on the leasing process from start to finish. Breanna is AMAZING, she was very knowledgeable, and she was always available and ready to assist with any questions or concerns to assure that I was satisfied. The community is quiet and the renovations are nice. Great community!
This is a great community to live in my leasing agent was Kevin and he did everything possible getting me into my 1bedroom apartment. Any issue I came over he made sure it was fixed. I'm happy that the process was quick I needed to move as soon as possible and Kevin was there to help.
I have been saying, “Everything that glitters is not GOLD” since i moved in! I have over 10 DIFFERENT problems with this community! I wont list them because the staff is VERY PETTY and will know who i am and SEEK REVENGE (again) ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY!!!! You have been warned.....

Listen I am a honorable, self respecting God worshipping woman. I work hard, pay my bills on time, and I'm kind and loving. I wish I would had considered the reviews and searched for a new home, but I didn't. I rushed and now I'm stuck in a lease, where I cant leave because prepping to purchase my first home. I figured I wouldn't be selfish and I'll spill the beans by saying yes, the apartments are nice, but once moving I realized that they are outdated, they added a few rents only to make the unit feel more luxurious, glamorous, but that's not the case once you move in. Its ragged. Also, its not the neighborhood that's the major problem, the community is actually quiet. It's the management and staff. They're childish, incompetent, unprofessional and careless. Providing terrible customer service. I thought that they loved they jobs, but these people are miserable, to the point that I pity them. They are unrecognizable charges to your account, in which I believe is related to theft. Theyrevare the most shadier group of people I've met, and in my opinion they need to be replaced with a group of people who enjoy customer service. Dont move here people, take it from me, I will not stir you wrong. Take this info and the reviews as a gift of awareness.

The gates work on rare occasions. The mailboxes are constantly being broken into. The pool is never clean although they claim to maintenance it every Monday during the summer. The office staff are incompetent. This place is infested with ants & spiders. The rent is extremely high. The only upside is the quiet & safe environment (despite the recent shooting in the complex.) This place gets a big "thumbs down" from me.
If you need a quite place with very little to any noise at all, then this is the place for you. Great Customer service and great maintenence staff. They even have community events for the residents. It gated and worth the money. A place
This apartment is so aggravated for one the gate don't work half the time sometimes u get locked out or locked in your own apt gates plus the apt are out of date for the prices the charging my apt an car have bin broken into before cause it no real security an it takes maintenance a long time to respond to work order
I absolutely LOVE Brookstone ApartmenI Homes! When I began my journey of apartment hunting, this was the one that caught my eye. I have looked here for a while then I went for a tour. The staff is very nice and friendly. They helped me with everything. I like how they require renter's insurance for every tenant. That's reassuring to know that the things/possessions in your place will be covered in case of damage, burglary, or anything of that nature. The rent is reasonable. Everything's perfect!
