Property Ratings at Brookside Pointe Apartments
Brookside is a great place to live and enjoy your peace with your family. Great landlords and they are very understanding and also have great maintenance workers who fixes things soon as a work order come in. I love it here and the kids has a play area and basketball court and also I swimming pool great for the summer time to bond wit family and friends.
Me and my family have lived here since October & we have no complaints. We have a very nice, spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Everyone seems to be very nice here. Maintenance fixed any problems we had. Come put in an application & become my neighbor! ??
I lived at Brookside for 5 years and enjoyed my three bedroom townhome. Very spacious and well built, couldn't hear my neighbors. Maintenance and management always wave as you go by and have taken care of any issues that came up in my townhome. Bought a home is the only reason why I moved.
This apartment complex is the best!! I highly recommend moving out here; especially if you have kids. The leasing office workers are very nice and really care about the community. Maintenance does a very good job and answers work orders in a timely manner.
Management is great! I’ve had no problems and if I needed anything I know they’re there to help
I have lived here for ten years and I love the place. Brookside is where I call home. I love the distance to the trails and shopping. I feel safe here. The property is family oriented and great for kids. Management and maintenance are caring and works hard to keep the place looking nice. The only problem I've had in all this time is the kids playing in the driveway. My 3 bedroom is large and comfortable. For the most the community is quiet and a very nice place to live.
