It’s been a good experience here so far- been here almost 2 years, quiet community - the Maintence is always quick to fix problems not just put bandaid’s on them. Good neighbors - can’t complain much at all.
The staff is always easy to work with Maintenance is wonderful and timely. The place looks always great and I’ve yet to have any type of rodent problem. I like it here.
The property is exactly what I need for my current job and lifestyle. It’s always a great place to come home to at the end of the day and use the amenities as I can. In the summer being able to use the pool is a huge bonus for relaxing or a swim to get some exercise on top of using the gym. The property is always updating the amenities but also finding things they can do inside the apartments to make them safer and more financially valuable even while living in the unit.
Overall its has been a good experience right from onboarding the lease agreements, setting things n all. The maintenance is pretty much quick and any issues the office is one call right away!

its nice for a first apartment. there's a good community here with a lot of businesses in the area. there are a few maintenance issues but nothing too bad.

The leasing office were very quick in responding to any questions and concerns I’ve had. My suggestion for improvement would be to add a couple more garbage collection areas, so that we don’t have to worry about having to carry heavy trash bags at a far away garbage area on the property. I’ve been living here since last month. The staff is really nice, patient, and helpful!!! It’s a very peaceful environment and I feel safe living here.
I have enjoyed being a resident since April of 2024. My fiancé and I have no complaints. We have enjoyed the pool, location, and other amenities.
Brookside Manor is a great place to live in. The location is well connected with good school district. The office staff and maintenance staff is very friendly. The society is clean.

Great location, good apartment, in unit it washer and dryer. Great walkability. Good amenities for pets including dog parks in the development.
We’ve been very satisfied with our experience, living here. It’s nice and quiet, if you have any deeds, Maintenance is there fast. There’s always some event going on, which is very nice The office has have really stepped up the game The only issue I have is is the monthly rent price but that’s everywhere.

Expensive for what it’s worth. Price of rent always goes up for tenants that renew and higher than people moving in. Morgan Poroperties is a greedy corporation that does not care about their residents.

Been living here for a few years now and it’s been great! Lovely and beautiful community. Nice amenities. Friendly staff and cool community events that goes on every now and then that I’ve really enjoyed. I really love living here.
Everyone so nice very calm neighborhood and SAFE. Staff seem great, nature is peaceful. Facilities are small but do able. My fridge is pretty bad but I don’t they can give me a new one because it looks like they super glued it from last resident.

very quiet, nice neighborhood. great being close to stores that can be in walking distance. anyone you meet is nice and friendly. been here almost 3 years.
The grounds are kept nice, Maintenance is timely and the staff is wonderful. The pool in the summer is a blessing, if you like to swim and it is really convenient to have a pool here in the development. The only drawback is the rent and hopefully, rent all over the place will start to stabilize.

The apartment and community has been great. I would love it if the pool were to stay open a couple weeks longer but all else is good in the community.
It has been a pleasant experience living in this community. The community is kept neat and clean and the staff does the maintenance promptly.
So far the staff have been good and helpful. Overall Community is great but in my apartment the Bathrooms need to be updated and there are blemishes on the ceiling and walls .You will pay for amenities that you can't use until summer. The washer and dryer is small.

It's nice to stay here. Connectivity is good like Hospitals, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc. everything is nearby. Even though everything is near still it's a quite place surrounded by green lawns and trees. Neighborhood is also good. Apt. Is big can accommodate so many things.

Renovated apartments are very nice. Main office staff are friendly. The pool is awesome during summer months. Maintenance is generally responsive. Only complaint would be inconsiderate residents failing to put their trash in the dumpsters

We just moved in at the beginning of August- we had some maintenance issues in our townhome but maintenance was quick to come & fix everything (shoutout to Justin!!!). Everyone has been friendly & timely with responses about anything we have needed.
Everyone is super sweet and accommodating. The kids love be pool and the gym is great the dog parks and playground is our family’s favorite! We love living at Brookside!!

So far so good. Will start the move in on 8/15. Love the apartment!! Clean, fresh smelling, ample room, my Bailey is going to love it!! Plenty of outdoor space, can’t wait to use the fitness room and go for a dip in the pool!!
Its such a great place i stayed here last night for the first time in my Townhouse and it was super quite!! Everyone is so friendly from who I’ve met!!
The community is good with nice neighborhoods. There are some concerns with regard to fulfillment of maintenance requests and some concern with internet access.

Great location, friendly people in the rental office, maintenence is quick to respond to urgent issues. Lots within walking distance including a train station, bus stop, grocery, convenience store, drug store and several restaurants

Community is good around here. Quiet peaceful actually and it's good to be in Brookside Manor Apartments. Staff here are very good and prompt in their actions.
I think it's a great and safe neighborhood. I do wish the parking wasn't a battle some times to find a spot close to our house. Everyone has class here, people are friendly, and the complex is well kept.
Lived here for a few years now and it’s been so great! The neighborhood always looks so nice and feels safe. People and office staff are friendly and the amenities are really cool and well kept up with. Maintenance does a great job as well when we need them.
Neighbors are quiet and very family oriented. Though there are things we would improve the response to maintenance requests and the ease of submitting things is great and prompt.

Upgrades apartments are nice. Main office staff is very friendly. Maintenance is hit or miss with timely response. Most residents are friendly. Warm season the grass is always well maintained.

Brookside Manor is a convenient place for us because we have access to the turnpike. There is definitely a need to improve recycling practices, there are not enough receptacles to handle the amount of recycling. They are always overflowing; it is unsightly.

Our experience didn’t start off well when we moved in. Th staff worked really hard to get things fixed, it took around a while but they got most of our concerns taken care of. The one thing that we haven’t gotten an answer for is when they are going to address is when we will be having hot water in the morning..I get up early for work and doing dishes at 6am with no hot water is very annoying.We moved in 12/2023..I’m hoping they will resolve the problem.

The apartment is spacious and the surrounding neighborhood is great. The accessibility to various outlets like Walmart, Wegmans etc is within 40 min is a plus

The property has been a very good place to come home to on a nightly basis. I know it’s never going to be super noisy at night when trying to sleep. The amenities have been very good so far with the addition of the new gym. Looking forward to what the next renovation will be to enhance the resident experience.

It's a great location and a great apartment that's pet friendly. Close to public transit and plenty in walking distance. In unit washer and dryer is everything.
Recently moved in and so far everything has been so amazing. The neighbors are so friendly. The community is so well kept and cute. Laundry room so far hasnt seemed to busy. everthing has been perfect and i look forward to our future here!
We've just moved into our Apartment in early April and are already so happy with the community and our new home! Management made the transition very easy!
Paid for an upgraded apartment, but didn't receive one. No grass out front and the tree makes a mess. Management is lacking. Carpets are old, tub has been peeling since day 1 and so many other things but it doesn't matter. Would never recommend a Morgan properties ever!!

Great property! It can take maintenance some time to complete any issues you may report, but it appear to be a staffing issue. The grounds could also be better kept.
